It was a very well-organized trip. Zicasso’s travel specialist was exceptional. She helped organize the trip as per our needs. `She provided multiple options and was very responsive in providing help while we were in Costa Rica with food options and calling the hotel when we did not have phone signal. It was a great overall experience. We got to see and experience everything we wanted. Tour guides were exceptional and hotels were fantastic. We had to arrange a taxi or Uber ourselves to get to meeting points and train stations a bit more than on previous trips, but we understand circumstances dictated.
