Zicasso's travel agent was wonderful, professional, and very easy to communicate with. She planned a wonderful itinerary for us, with tours in Paris and Normandy. She did a wonderful job coordinating transfers from the airport and between cities. She planned private and small group tours in Paris and Normandy, which were excellent. She also booked our hotels in Paris and Bayeux, and the accommodations were perfect and beautiful! We highly recommend our travel professional and the travel company.

The planning and execution were excellent. Zicasso's travel designer listened to our requests and put together a perfect trip for our family. The trip came off without a hitch. Our local guides and hotel choice were excellent. It was all great!

We have worked with several excellent travel planners through Zicasso, but this travel planner took our travel experience to a higher level. Her first itinerary proposal was almost perfect. We did not need to adjust much. She was extremely responsive throughout the planning process and while we were in France. (We saw her in person four times!)
At our request, she planned an activity-packed vacation and everything went flawlessly. Her attention to detail and her support during the trip was truly superb. She quickly and cheerfully made changes on the spot if requested. I cannot speak more highly of this travel planner and her level of professionalism. Her personal touches throughout our trip were thoughtful and elegant. She is truly a gem and by far the best travel agent (and company) we have used to date in our travels.

We had such a good time because everything was so well planned. It was easy to keep in touch before and along the way. The hotels were superb and we enjoyed every venue we saw. Zicasso's travel company really listened to what we wanted and the trip was very special.
