We were very happy overall with our trip, including guides, hotels, and the itinerary. There were some things we would change here and there, but overall, Zicasso's travel specialists put together an excellent adventure.

The entire trip was amazing!!! Zicasso’s travel specialist was a pleasure to work with and I am really glad for his experience and suggestions in setting up the entire itinerary. The places we stayed and the places that we went were amazing. I cannot sing enough praises for our driver/guide. He was the absolute tops. His driving knowledge, experience, service, and friendship were all 12 stars out of five. My wife and I felt so lucky to have gotten him as our driver and friend for this trip. The service and experiences left us almost speechless (nobody can shut me up).

I had the pleasure of meeting Zicasso's travel specialist and the travel company in 2024. She was delightful over the telephone on our first encounter and we put our trust in her and the travel company to deliver an African travel experience for a family of 25 people.

I am writing the review for all 25 of us. The trip was amazing and a time we will always remember as a family, and it far exceeded five stars. From the moment we touched down in Africa to when we left, every detail was so well coordinated. The lodging accommodations were perfect for our group and the safari plans that the travel company arranged at our safari lodge were fantastic.

The trip took us from Cape Town to a safari to Victoria Falls, and it was extremely nice to always have a point of contact when we traveled.

The travel specialist and the staff listened to the type of trip we were looking for and helped us every step of the way.

They were very prompt in returning every email and communication we sent them. They dotted every i and crossed every t.

I would give the travel company my highest recommendation and would refer any friend or client to them for their travels.

My entire family cannot thank them enough for delivering such a memorable experience for our family.

I could not have wished for anything more! This trip was beyond my expectations in all the best ways. Zicasso's travel company was incredibly flexible and tailored to my needs, even when I threw a few wrenches into the initial plans! One of our family members was delayed due to flight issues and they were prompt in responding and creating a plan.

I absolutely loved our guide, who really made our trip special! He was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and made the trip so much fun! We are so grateful for everything that was set up for us, but especially for being matched with him!
