The trip lived up to all of our expectations. Having never been to the UAE and Kenya, we relied very heavily on Zicasso's trip coordinator to develop our itinerary, scheduling, accommodations, etc. She worked very hard to understand our expectations and put together a plan that I would rate five stars!

Cape Town was lovely. Our tour guide was great. He knew his history about Cape Town. He answered every question we asked. Our guide had a great rapport with my daughter. He was very trusting.

Zicasso’s travel agent put together an amazing trip for our family. This travel agent was incredibly responsive.

Zicasso's trip expert was a pleasure to work with. I received great communication from beginning to end. He helped when one of our hotels had a fire and we had to relocate, and with a flight cancellation. All of our facilities were excellent. I would highly recommend the tour company for any trips/safaris!

Zicasso's travel designer was on top of it with great communication before, during, and after the trip. She set up a very complicated trip based on my request and I had zero logistical issues throughout the over two-week travel time.
The guides and drivers were always on time and went out of their way, including early-morning rides and tours, and even an airport drop-off at midnight.
