We received great communication and stayed in wonderful accommodations. Our driver in Cape Town was outstanding. Everything went smoothly. Zicasso's travel designer was so patient and helpful during the planning stages and preparing us for the trip.

Both of our guides in Ghana, and in Togo and Benin, were excellent. They not only followed the itinerary, but they added activities that were of interest to us. They were competent, enthusiastic, and very well informed. Our driver was a great support.
On our last day, which was on our own, he offered to drive us to the places we wanted to go and then delivered us to the airport. One of our guides surprised us on the last day and joined us for our final activities, even though we had said our goodbyes the week before when we left Ghana.

Zicasso’s travel specialist and his team far exceeded our expectations, making this a trip of a lifetime. Guides and accommodations were superb. Even though Kruger experienced record rains and floods mere weeks before, we were treated to the "Big Five" on our game drives in the neighboring reserves. We cannot think of anything that needed improvement. Thanks to the travel specialist and team!

Five stars plus!! We interviewed various consultants about this “trip of a lifetime” and landed on Zicasso’s travel specialist. We'd never used a consultant to schedule travel before, so it was a new experience to us. Oh my gosh. Every single detail was meticulous. The camps she recommended, the amazing staff at each place, the spot-on transport in between, the “bush” flights, the overnight hotel in Vic Falls, everything was beyond amazing. Perfect. We literally could not be happier.
And then there was the actual “safari” part of it all. Our guides and trackers were exceptional, the wildlife viewing was phenomenal. The meals were excellent. Can you tell I'm raving? I sort of pivoted with what we wanted Zicasso’s travel specialist to arrange for us and she handled that change very well. We essentially asked her just to handle the safari part of our trip and sought her input on some other itinerary decisions we had made. She gave us great guidance and, ultimately, we loved the safari lodge she selected.

Zicasso’s travel agent put together an amazing trip for our family. This travel agent was incredibly responsive.

We had an excellent tour of Cape Town and the surrounding areas. We did not have to worry about driving ourselves and learned so much from our guides.
