Our travel specialist was incredibly communicative, took the time to truly understand what we wanted to accomplish on our trip, and designed an itinerary that perfectly matched our goals and budget.
The travel specialist's knowledge of Tanzania was exceptional and it was clear she had firsthand expertise and experience planning safaris and travel throughout the country. Every question I had, both during the planning process and after booking, was answered quickly and thoroughly, which gave me complete confidence leading up to our trip.

Our trip to South Africa was nothing short of extraordinary and exceeded every expectation. Zicasso’s travel specialist truly did an amazing job, creating the perfect itinerary that met our needs exactly for our party of 11. Additionally, he was extremely responsive, even while we were in South Africa, when I had a simple question regarding gratuity. We had a number of adjustments and changes as we had three families coming in at different times, and he offered multiple options to ensure we all met our budgets and needs. I would definitely use this travel company again for an African trip. The trip was flawlessly executed.

It was an amazing trip. Zicasso's travel specialist took care of all the details, with excellent suggestions, while still working within our budget. She even remembered that our trip was for our 30th anniversary and had a little surprise for us.

The trip was absolutely wonderful. Thanks to our travel planner and guide, we were able to fit so much adventure into 12 days. Communication was always prompt and our planner quickly answered all of our questions leading up to and during the trip. The transfer from our Kenya guide to our Uganda guide was seamless. We had an issue with logistics in the last few days, but our planner helped us solve it quickly.
The only thing I would suggest they do differently: Our communication leading up to the Uganda portion of the trip was with the operations manager. We didn't meet our guide (or know they weren’t the operations manager) until the morning we left for Kibale. It would have been nice to have some communication with our guide beforehand as there were a couple of things on the itinerary (prepared by the manager) that our guide seemed not to know anything about, namely a game drive in Queen Elizabeth Park.
