Botswana Safari Guide

This review is long overdue, but better late than never! Zicasso’s travel agent helped us plan our South African adventure and it was the perfect vacation. Everything went completely flawlessly and all the accommodations were fantastic. The communication and service she provided were excellent and I just wish she was the person who could plan all of our vacations. We did Cape Town, Kruger, Zimbabwe, and Botswana, and it was the ultimate bucket-list trip. Her plan made it the best vacation ever!!!

Zicasso’s travel designer was outstanding. She was very attentive to all of our needs, both pre-trip and during the trip. The places she recommended, along with the tour operator coordinating transfers and tours, were exceptional.

They also helped us prepare for the trip, answering our questions about accommodations, luggage, tips, and other details. We appreciated their local knowledge and expertise and could not have asked for a better experience.

We had a fantastic and amazing time! It was more than we expected! Zicasso's travel designer communicated with us throughout our planning and after! Everything was well planned and organized! The staff and places she booked for us were phenomenal!

The itinerary was amazing. I had no real idea what a safari would look like. Zicasso's travel designer talked to me about what our ideal travel experience would be for this trip. We got a mixture of locations. We were able to see the Big Five and other animals, exceeding our expectations. We had wonderful food and people at each location.

Our trip was amazing and Zicasso's travel company and our agent could not have been more helpful in planning the trip and making sure it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. She listened to our desires and planned a trip that met all our requirements. She was very patient in making little modifications until we were completely satisfied.

When we encountered some delays during the trip, she was very responsive in helping notify people on the ground and rescheduling our activities so we didn't miss a thing.

She was very knowledgeable about Southern Africa and selected exceptional lodging facilities for us. The accommodations were not only beautiful, but the staff were extremely professional, friendly, and attentive.
