Zicasso’s travel specialist and his team far exceeded our expectations, making this a trip of a lifetime. Guides and accommodations were superb. Even though Kruger experienced record rains and floods mere weeks before, we were treated to the "Big Five" on our game drives in the neighboring reserves. Trip was well organized by Zicasso’s travel specialist and her team. Support in Kenya with my missing luggage was outstanding. Safari tours, city tours, and the respective accommodations more than met our expectations.

We had to cancel the original trip due to my health, but she was able to work with the travel companies, so we lost less money than we might have. She is very responsive and patient with questions. Her team was able to track down my visa to Tanzania when the other three had already received theirs!
