Our Zambia Travel Specialists

Zicasso's travel specialists organized an unforgettable Northeast African safari. Our agent and her team meticulously crafted our itinerary, ensuring it aligned perfectly with our interests. The entire trip was seamlessly organized, with each stop providing a unique experience.
The camps and lodges we stayed in were exceptional. The food, accommodations, staff, and guides were all outstanding. The balloon ride along the Mara River in the Serengeti, canoe safari on Lake Manyara, and walking safari at a couple of our stops, in addition to the private game drives, added to the overall experience. The views from our rooms were breathtaking.
While we encountered an unfortunate event at the airport that wasn’t the agency’s fault, our agent's team was available via the emergency line and provided assistance.
Her expertise and attention to detail made our safari truly memorable. We wouldn’t have been able to arrange such a phenomenal trip without her assistance. We highly recommend our travel company for anyone seeking an incredible African safari experience.

Trip of a lifetime, did not disappoint, even better than we expected. All due to excellent input and hard work by our exceptional Zicasso travel specialist.

We had a fantastic time. The travel company thought of everything and guided us through what could have been a complicated trip. We appreciated that we were met at every airport by drivers and guides. Our accommodations were beyond our expectations.
Our travel specialist really took into account what we told him to make sure our needs and our budget were met. His Zoom calls were so helpful with the planning. We stayed at three different bush camps and each was unique in its own way, giving us a wide variety of experiences and many wonderful animals to observe and photograph.
I have already mentioned our travel specialist to a couple of friends, suggesting that if they are planning a trip to Africa, he is their man. Thank you, Zicasso, for recommending the travel company.

We love Zicasso! Zicasso made planning our dream honeymoon a breeze! The travel company was wonderful! They were so friendly and patient! They really took our interests, pace, and budget into account in planning a wonderful trip. They were so communicative and available, answering all of our questions, from big to small.
The trip itself was smooth, without any issues. Throughout our journey, we always felt supported and safe. From the drivers and tour guides to the hotel staff we interacted with while in South Africa, everyone was so welcoming and kind.
We raved about the ease in planning travel with Zicasso and passed along this amazing tool to many of the travelers we met on safari. Thank you again for everything!

The trip was the dream of a lifetime. Everything was above and beyond. Zicasso’s travel operator made the process smooth and I had zero to worry about.

Amazing trip! Organized and dependable, everything was taken care of beginning to end! Zicasso’s travel specialist was a true professional, available for last-minute adjustments and planned perfectly! Much appreciate you for a trip of a lifetime!

We loved working with Zicasso’s travel company. We were impressed by their firsthand experience. They did a wonderful job on our entire trip. Beautiful hotels, great camps, awesome guides - everything was so well planned, seamless from start to finish! We had a fantastic time and highly recommend them!!
In Botswana, we stayed at a camp in the Okavango Delta - a beautiful camp - everything first-rate - wonderful staff - just loved it!! Our second camp was in Linyanti. We liked that both the camps were just a few rooms. This camp was also very nice! The animal experiences were terrific at both camps. Nice service, great food and lots of it, as you get a lot of snacks throughout the day!
We had gorgeous hotels in Johannesburg, Victoria Falls, and Cape Town. Most of the tours were small-group for the four of us, which made it even better to not be in a big group.
In Cape Town, we enjoyed the peninsula, city area, and the wine country. We also enjoyed the Hermanus region.

I had the pleasure of meeting Zicasso's travel specialist and the travel company in 2024. She was delightful over the telephone on our first encounter and we put our trust in her and the travel company to deliver an African travel experience for a family of 25 people.
I am writing the review for all 25 of us. The trip was amazing and a time we will always remember as a family, and it far exceeded five stars. From the moment we touched down in Africa to when we left, every detail was so well coordinated. The lodging accommodations were perfect for our group and the safari plans that the travel company arranged at our safari lodge were fantastic.
The trip took us from Cape Town to a safari to Victoria Falls, and it was extremely nice to always have a point of contact when we traveled.
The travel specialist and the staff listened to the type of trip we were looking for and helped us every step of the way.
They were very prompt in returning every email and communication we sent them. They dotted every i and crossed every t.
I would give the travel company my highest recommendation and would refer any friend or client to them for their travels.
My entire family cannot thank them enough for delivering such a memorable experience for our family.
