We had a fantastic trip to Vietnam! Zicasso’s travel specialist put together a great itinerary, communicated well throughout the planning process, and was supportive during the trip. We would definitely use the tour company again.

Well done. We ended the trip wanting more, but were too tired to go on. The tour was designed with our interests in mind. The guides were all great, especially one of them. Our accommodations were beyond our expectations. Almost everything went as planned, but such is travel. Weather prevented a part of our time in Hạ Long Bay, but a substitute activity was found to make up for it. We would definitely use this Zicasso travel company again.

The trip was fabulous and the itinerary by Zicasso’s travel company was excellent. Our travel specialist and the team went above and beyond in making sure we had a fabulous time and that everything worked out better than we hoped for.
When my wife and I each got sick on different days, they rescheduled our planned activity for when we got better, making sure we did not miss anything. And when a local concert made our hotel room loud, they spoke to the hotel and got us an upgrade, and moved us to a room away from the noise, so we were undisturbed. They really went all out to ensure we had a good time.

We loved working with Zicasso's travel company! They are top-notch and take care of all the minute travel-related things. Our travel specialist was easy and flexible to work with, as was the rest of her team. They have extensive knowledge of Japan and Asia, and they planned a wonderful two-week trip to Japan. We had unique experiences that we loved and would have never come across had we not booked with them. Their connections in Japan were also great. We loved all our guides!!
