Having an expert with local knowledge was very helpful. He also went above and beyond, adjusting our trip itinerary due to severe flooding in Hoi An. He also hosted a welcome dinner at his home, which was a treat.

We received competing proposals initially and the plan prepared by the travel specialist was clearly tailored to us and far superior to the more “canned” approach proposed by others.
