He took so much care in putting together my itinerary and making sure it included everything I wanted. Everything was very detailed, organized, and easy to understand. His communication was great and he even stayed in touch during my trip in case there were any issues. I had a phenomenal experience overall!

He waited for us at the airport when we arrived. He had everything arranged, from drivers to luggage assistance to sending our boarding passes for all our upcoming flights. I literally had nothing to worry about. He also sent me updates and messages every night with upcoming activities. These reminders came in very handy.

He was also extremely responsive when we forgot an important electronic device in Bali. He immediately responded and had the device shipped to Jakarta, where we met him and retrieved it.

He was absolutely amazing. I have no words to describe it. I will recommend him and the travel company to all my friends. I even got an email from him almost two weeks after our return to wish my daughter a happy birthday. He remembered it was her birthday and sent me an email. I was so impressed by his team, his kindness, and the level of his professionalism.

Zicasso's travel specialist is an amazing travel agent! She is polite, professional, resourceful, and very responsive. What I appreciated most was her attention to detail and her suggestions and opinions. Her assistance with planning led to everything on the trip going smoothly. We had the most amazing vacation in Bali and Komodo.
