Zicasso's travel specialist was a joy in planning a custom trip with me. She was flexible when we realized my plans had to change a bit. She also scrambled to find a solution when it turned out that I was being given a villa that was way more rustic than we had in mind. Her junior associate was also very attentive, kind, and stayed right on top of things. They both took me out to a wonderful Indonesian dinner at the end of my trip!

He waited for us at the airport when we arrived. He had everything arranged, from drivers to luggage assistance to sending our boarding passes for all our upcoming flights. I literally had nothing to worry about. He also sent me updates and messages every night with upcoming activities. These reminders came in very handy.

He was also extremely responsive when we forgot an important electronic device in Bali. He immediately responded and had the device shipped to Jakarta, where we met him and retrieved it.

He was absolutely amazing. I have no words to describe it. I will recommend him and the travel company to all my friends. I even got an email from him almost two weeks after our return to wish my daughter a happy birthday. He remembered it was her birthday and sent me an email. I was so impressed by his team, his kindness, and the level of his professionalism.
