Australia Vacation Review: Great Ocean Road, Uluru, Great Barrier Reef, Daintree Rainforest, 2 Weeks

Our recent trip to Australia far exceeded our expectations. Simone listened to what we wanted in our first visit to Australia and crafted an ideal itinerary. Every detail, from transfers to the outstanding guides, made for a remarkable experience. Australia has been on our bucket list for some time and it may remain there, so much more to see and do.

Thank you, Zicasso, I’m not sure we would have found Simone and our travel company without your service, and that would have been extremely unfortunate.

We have so many wonderful things to say about our trip and how Zicasso’s travel company did so well with our itinerary, all of our logistics, our tours, and handling questions during the trip. Everyone we spoke with at the travel company was wonderful.

New Zealand, Australia Travel Review: Milford Track, Uluru, Sydney, Hiking, Drone Show, Wine Tasting, Opera House, 3 Weeks

Zicasso’s tour company planned a wonderful, month-long trip for four of us in New Zealand and Australia. Every detail was covered and the pacing of the trip, although rigorous, allowed for appropriate downtime when needed.

The accommodations were very nice, providing a nice mix of four- and five-star boutique hotels, as well as a luxury splurge, all within our budget. When we requested a couple of last-minute changes to our itinerary, the travel company responded quickly and efficiently. The app was a bit confusing at first, but quickly became our go-to resource and the in-app messaging service worked well after hours and on weekends. Looking back, we wouldn't change a thing. It was all wonderful!

Australia Tour Review: Sydney, Adelaide, Melbourne, Blue Mountains, Wine Tasting, Food Tour, 20 Days

Zicasso’s travel specialist is marvelous. From our introductory FaceTime chat, I knew he was the right person to plan our Australian adventure. I shared a general timeline and a few preferences—personalized travel, small-group tours, and a focus on scenery, food, and local experiences. I even casually mentioned that, since I pack light, laundry options every 7 to 10 days would be a bonus.

Wow—did the travel specialist deliver.

Private city tours in Sydney, Adelaide, and Melbourne. A Blue Mountains excursion with a local resident. Wine tastings, a foodie walking tour in Melbourne, and fabulous centrally located hotels that made exploring on foot effortless. The Ghan train journey was an unforgettable highlight.

And yes—lodgings with on-site laundry right on cue around day 10 and day 20. Not bad for a “casual” request!

This trip was truly amazing and the travel specialist was an absolute pleasure to work with. Always responsive, thoughtful, and attentive, he made what could have been complex planning feel completely effortless—and perfectly tailored to my travel style.

Rave reviews all around.
