Zicasso’s travel designer was outstanding. She was very attentive to all of our needs, both pre-trip and during the trip. The places she recommended, along with the tour operator coordinating transfers and tours, were exceptional.

Our trip to Botswana, arranged by Zicasso’s travel agents, was fantastic. They listened to our needs and desires for the trip and arranged everything perfectly. They also helped us prepare for the trip, answering our questions about accommodations, luggage, tips, and other details. We appreciated their local knowledge and expertise and could not have asked for a better experience.

The itinerary was amazing. I had no real idea what a safari would look like. Zicasso's travel designer talked to me about what our ideal travel experience would be for this trip. We got a mixture of locations. We were able to see the Big Five and other animals, exceeding our expectations. We had wonderful food and people at each location.
