The trip was awesome. All aspects were well planned and without any glitches. All individual tour guides were great, always on time, and very willing to go above and beyond, recommending restaurants and even making reservations for us. Zicasso’s travel specialist was always easy to get a hold of if we had any questions and was very responsive. I would highly recommend them.

Planning the trip with the travel agent was a breeze and she followed up daily to ensure that things were going as planned. We could not have asked for a better experience. The trip was a lot of fun. The trip to Capri was most enjoyable. When we ran into a problem — unrelated to trip planning — Zicasso’s travel specialist helped us get back on course.

Zicasso’s travel agent was fantastic from beginning to end! We had a brief call to understand our goals and our preferences, and she made a custom itinerary from there. She was available as needed and kept in touch frequently, including during our trip. We also had an app with all our schedule and needed documents, which was quite helpful and did not require an international phone plan or even Wi-Fi to use. We had an amazing time and would recommend them highly.
