We had an absolutely amazing trip. The Inca Trail and Machu Picchu are by far some of the most memorable experiences we've ever had. Our guide and driver were incredibly kind and accommodating, and our guide especially was very knowledgeable, with so much respect for the surrounding nature and culture.

When we initially discussed our plans with Zicasso’s travel agent, all we knew we wanted to do was the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, and we allowed her to provide recommendations for how to fill some additional time in Cusco while we acclimated. She did not steer us wrong! Touring Cusco itself, seeing Sacsayhuaman, several spots in the Sacred Valley, and the Maras Salt Mines were all unforgettable experiences. We also loved the hotel she had us at in Cusco. It was a great spot to be able to explore the city on our own time.

After seeing all of the coordination, especially for the Inca Trail and Machu Picchu, we're so relieved we chose to go through Zicasso for this trip and were connected with our travel agency. Not a single thing went wrong. Our guide was on top of every detail and it was great knowing our agent was just a text or phone call away.

Communication with our Zicasso travel team was fantastic. They were very responsive to all questions and calmed any concerns we had.

We were met at the airport by our travel agent, who was our guide for the week. He was amazing! He ensured we had the best experience possible – we traveled and explored on our schedule, making sure we saw all the animals and sights we wanted to see.

The Serengeti was everything I imagined it would be. The plains were alive with all kinds of animals, and watching the cheetahs, lions, and leopards hunting was magical. We didn’t see them catch anything, but it was still fantastic to see them in action.

We were there during a drought, so the Great Migration hadn't started yet, but it started raining and we saw thousands of animals gathering to start their long trek. It was a beautiful sight.

Our agent did his best to ensure we saw the Big Five – elephant, leopard, buffalo, lion, and rhino, and we managed to see four of them on our first day out in the Serengeti. We had to wait until the last day in the Ngorongoro Crater to see a rhino, but it was worth the wait.

It was the best vacation I have ever had and our travel agent was a big reason why.

Our honeymoon to Greece in October was a dream come true, thanks to the incredible team at Zicasso's travel partner and especially our travel agent, who made the experience truly unforgettable. We left that meeting wishing we lived in Greece so we could be friends with her!

Highlights included a small-group food tour in Naxos, which not only introduced us to the island’s incredible flavors, but also gave us a deeper appreciation for its history and culture. This experience left us feeling a strong connection to the island during our stay. The full-day cruise in Paros was another standout moment, offering breathtaking views and an intimate look at the natural beauty of the Cyclades. Every transfer, accommodation, and activity was thoughtfully arranged, making the entire journey smooth and stress-free.

What made the travel company truly exceptional was their attention to detail and ability to handle complex logistics. In addition to planning our honeymoon, they seamlessly incorporated the logistics of a wedding we attended while in Greece and even helped some of the groom’s family with their travel plans.
