The entire trip was thoughtfully planned for us and we had an amazing time. It was just the right balance of touring and learning, and also relaxing in the beauty of the Italian countryside. The tour guides were top-notch notch and the hotel selections were perfect for us. When we had a question or problem or couldn't locate our tour guide, they were quick to respond to my calls or text messages. This is my second time using Zicasso and I will be using them in the future!!

This was a trip of a lifetime. We are not sure we will ever be able to top it! I have never cried leaving a place before because I was so sad it was over, but I did... three times! From the incredible food and views in Cape Town to the unforgettable adventure at the buffalo camp to the amazing views of Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe, we cannot say enough good things about our experience.

We've used Zicasso several times and have always had a great experience. That's why we keep coming back! But our experience with this travel agency was above and beyond all our expectations. The way our travel agent crafted our trip to meet our desires; stayed in constant contact via text, phone and email; provided us a departure call to walk us through every step of the trip before we left; and stayed connected throughout our trip to ensure we were having a good time and help us tweak some things along the way was customer service like we have never received. We would work with this agency and our agent again in a heartbeat and recommend them to friends and family.

The trip was wonderful. All of the transitions from place to place were very smooth. Each tour guide and driver was very welcoming and informative. We had two children with us and we felt safe and comfortable at all times.

One area to mention is that there were times we didn't need a guide to assist us in transferring from place to place. For example, there was a guide who was hired to walk us across the street from the Venice train station to a water taxi. We could have done this on our own and would have preferred not to have to pay for something like that.

I would highly recommend (and have already) Zicasso!

Fantastic!!!! I can't say enough good things about this trip. Zicasso's travel partner did an excellent job at everything! Communication was excellent, our tours were perfect, and our guides and drivers were so helpful.

The guides were beyond our expectations with their knowledge, flexibility, and always going above and beyond. I ended up in the hospital and our guide came to the hospital and helped with all the details, getting me a refund on parts of my bill and getting us to our flight home in less than three hours from being released from the hospital!!

Wow, where do I even begin? I consider myself someone with very high expectations and Zicasso's tour planner not only met them, she exceeded them, which rarely happens. From our very first interaction to our final farewell, the communication was absolutely flawless.

She was incredibly responsive throughout every stage of the process, from planning to execution and even during the trip itself. Knowing we had someone on the ground in Greece for support gave us such peace of mind. For example, when we encountered a minor issue with the phone in our Santorini hotel room, she immediately contacted the hotel and it was fixed right away.

Every detail was handled with precision. Her professionalism, warmth, dedication, and genuine care truly shone through. She created a fairy-tale trip to Greece that we'll treasure for a lifetime and share with friends and family for years to come.

We spent 16 unforgettable days exploring Kalamata, Athens, Paros, Naxos, and Santorini. Each island transition was seamless, every private tour was fun and educational, and the entire itinerary was perfectly paced.

The drivers she arranged were always punctual, thoughtful, and friendly. In fact, the entire team she assembled was exceptional — well-coordinated, courteous, and attentive. It was truly a top-tier concierge experience.

Going forward, I can’t imagine planning a trip any other way. She has set the bar incredibly high.

When I envisioned this trip, I never imagined it would be as nice as it was. Every single detail you can imagine was thought of by Zicasso's travel agent. Unfortunately, she only coordinates trips to Africa!! I wish she coordinated trips across the world.
