When we reached out to Zicasso to plan our trip, we were matched with two different agencies. After speaking to them both, we felt most comfortable with this travel company and we are so glad we chose them! We wanted to plan a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Europe and the tour company went above and beyond to help us do that!
Everyone we worked with listened to our needs and requests, and together we created the perfect itinerary for our family, which included something for everyone! We had all of the information we needed to make us feel comfortable and prepared, and we also knew they were there for us if we needed anything during the trip itself.
We fit so much into this trip. We saw sights we have always wanted to and had unforgettable experiences together as a family! We will treasure these memories forever and we have this travel company to thank for that!

The communication during the trip was excellent and all of the drivers and guides arrived on time. We loved the London hotel and the Paris hotel; both excellent. The Amsterdam stop was a different story. If we were going to do this trip again, we would not return to Amsterdam, except for maybe a day trip. This environment was not family friendly and the hotel (although the staff were very nice and the breakfasts were excellent) was not a good fit for us. Overall, a really fun trip. Thank you!

Our trip was fantastic. Zicasso's travel specialist and the team at her company met with us and mapped out a travel plan that met our family's desires and helped us craft a trip for us and our two children (ages 13 and six). They were receptive to our needs and wants in the planning process, as well as quick and responsive when changes needed to be made mid-trip. The hotels and accommodations booked were top-notch. The activities were easy and seamless with ticketing and updating of our road-book for each day.
