Zicasso's travel designer was a pleasure to work with. She went out of her way to help us understand our options and worked with us through multiple versions before landing on the itinerary we ultimately chose. Her insight and suggestions were very helpful during planning and proved effective in execution.

We just returned from a fantastic two-week trip to Africa, coordinated by our Zicasso travel agent. We started in South Africa (Cape Town/Franschhoek), then went up to Zimbabwe (Victoria Falls), and to Botswana (Chobe National Park and Okavango Delta). Every step of the trip was well coordinated and seamless. The guides and accommodations were fantastic and comfortable.
I can't say enough positive things about our travel agent. She is the most detail-oriented and responsive travel agent I have ever worked with. She has extensive knowledge of travel in Africa and was able to provide outstanding recommendations for every question we had for her. She checked in with us regularly during the trip to make sure everything was going well, which was greatly appreciated. She genuinely cared about providing us with the best experience possible. I highly recommend using her and her agency if you are thinking about traveling to Africa!

Zicasso's travel agent planned the perfect trip for our family. She was attentive and engaged at every step of the process, from not only listening, but also understanding our needs and wants for this family vacation. She designed our trip down to every detail. She took time to meet with us several times during the planning phase and multiple times as we were preparing to leave on our trip, making sure we had all the visa information, requirements, and even advice as to cell phone coverage and tips and tricks, not only for every country we were visiting, but tips and tricks for each of our stops along the way.
She checked in with us via WhatsApp throughout our journey, made sure we had plenty of emergency contact information for each stop along the way, and was not only willing to step in, but eager to help in any way possible.
I wish I could rate this trip 10/5 stars!!! It was truly an adventure that my family will remember and reminisce on for the rest of our lives! We have priceless memories. Thank you to our travel agent and thank you, Zicasso.

The trip was the best we have ever had. Africa is a very special place. Zicasso's travel expert did a fantastic job of organizing the itinerary. The only disappointment was that we were not scheduled to see the mass migration across the river.
