Zicasso’s travel specialist and his team far exceeded our expectations, making this a trip of a lifetime. Guides and accommodations were superb. Even though Kruger experienced record rains and floods mere weeks before, we were treated to the "Big Five" on our game drives in the neighboring reserves. We cannot think of anything that needed improvement. Thanks to the travel specialist and team!

The trip was fabulous. It matched the dream we had for our first trip to Africa: the animals, scenery, and people. Zicasso’s travel company was outstanding. They provided wonderful recommendations that matched our wishes and extraordinary attention to detail, so everything went without a hitch.

From the beginning of planning until my return home from a sensational trip, Zicasso’s travel specialist provided optimum guidance, follow-through, and personal attention. She listened, absorbed, and responded to my concerns with patience and diligence, responded promptly to every question, and proactively provided detailed information on every aspect of the arrangements I might possibly encounter.
She kept in touch with me and the ground operators at every step of the journey itself, ensuring things went smoothly and I received timely information of any changes (typical with African bush flights). The care was particularly reassuring, especially for a woman traveling alone, leaving me confident that all considerations were being attended to and able to fully enjoy the experience free of any concerns about logistics, personal safety, and comfort. I cannot more highly recommend this travel specialist and would not hesitate to engage her services for future travels.

We loved everything about the trip! It was definitely a five-star experience! Zicasso’s travel specialist was wonderful. We had to cancel the original trip due to my health, but she was able to work with the travel companies, so we lost less money than we might have. She is very responsive and patient with questions. Her team was able to track down my visa to Tanzania when the other three had already received theirs!
