I would rate this travel agency ten stars if I could; they were that good. Pedro worked with me to plan a short 8 day trip to see Machu Picchu and other sites in Peru. He was responsive and quick to give good, honest advice. And the itinerary he planned for us kept us entertained and immersed in the local culture. All of the guides and drivers were spot on! They were prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and very patient. Our guide in Lima was our airport contact, and he was so sweet. Another guide spent the most time with us, showing us around Cusco and other nearby communities. The best part was spending time with the Moray community, but our guide showed us so much more about the culture - taking us to markets, Manos de la Communidad, restaurant Dora Clarinda, and literally every important site in Cusco. Thank you - we enjoyed every minute. Our Machu Picchu guide was so professional and informative. Another guide took us from Ollantaytambo back to Cusco, and then to the airport hotel on our last day. His energy and enthusiasm was catching! Kudos to all of our drivers too. All wonderful to meet, and excellent drivers. 

This trip by far exceeded our expectations.  We had never booked through a travel agent or agency and this trip changed our lives in so many ways.  I don’t see how any company could be better than this one or top their experience.  Not only were they(Victoria), available for multiple calls to help us set things up but we even had the chance to meet her and her husband for an activity on the trip!  I put in several requests to several companies on Zicasso and this travel company not only responded immediately but had no problem setting up a call and discussing options with me and by boyfriend.  They were extremely professional and helped us book a private trip, in our price range.  They knew how to advise on some of my crazy suggestions and changed the trip several times for us based on our needs and wants.  Their knowledge of the country as well as the needed(tourist) amenities was extensive, and the trip went exactly as planned with constant communication throughout.  Again, this exceeded our expectations!

I can't say enough about our recent trip to Ecuador. Working with this travel agency was a fantastic experience from the planning stage all the way through to the final day of the trip. Our agent put together the perfect independent tour for my husband and our two adult children. We stayed in a beautiful cloud forest resort and did some amazing day and night hikes to explore this area. Next was the exact type of Galapagos trip that I had requested. Very active, very immersive and we were able to see so many amazing things that we simply can't say enough great things about this part of our trip. We travel a lot however this trip was likely by far the best trip we have ever taken outside of a first day flight delay issue that our agent helped with as well

Overall I was satisfied with the services of this travel team. The availability before and during the trip was excellent. Proposed accommodations and itinerary was good. The local operators were good and flow less organization.

Our travel agency put together an absolutely perfect trip. Our guide was interesting, knowledgeable, funny, professional, relaxed and flexible. Every aspect of our journey was fluid and smooth. If we had any questions or concerns, we simply sent Alicia a message and she answered immediately.Although it was all amazing, hiking into Machu Picchu through the Sun Gate can’t be described. It is 100% worth the effort and is something I will never forget.Our lodge near Ollantaytambo also left us speechless. The accommodations, food, staff, and adventures offered by this company are things that must be experienced if you get the chance.  All of it is truly unbelievable. I can’t thank our travel company and our guide enough.
