I would rate this travel agency ten stars if I could; they were that good. Pedro worked with me to plan a short 8 day trip to see Machu Picchu and other sites in Peru. He was responsive and quick to give good, honest advice. And the itinerary he planned for us kept us entertained and immersed in the local culture. All of the guides and drivers were spot on! They were prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and very patient. Our guide in Lima was our airport contact, and he was so sweet. Another guide spent the most time with us, showing us around Cusco and other nearby communities. The best part was spending time with the Moray community, but our guide showed us so much more about the culture - taking us to markets, Manos de la Communidad, restaurant Dora Clarinda, and literally every important site in Cusco. Thank you - we enjoyed every minute. Our Machu Picchu guide was so professional and informative. Another guide took us from Ollantaytambo back to Cusco, and then to the airport hotel on our last day. His energy and enthusiasm was catching! Kudos to all of our drivers too. All wonderful to meet, and excellent drivers. 

I can't say enough about our recent trip to Ecuador. Working with this travel agency was a fantastic experience from the planning stage all the way through to the final day of the trip. Our agent put together the perfect independent tour for my husband and our two adult children. We stayed in a beautiful cloud forest resort and did some amazing day and night hikes to explore this area. Next was the exact type of Galapagos trip that I had requested. Very active, very immersive and we were able to see so many amazing things that we simply can't say enough great things about this part of our trip. We travel a lot however this trip was likely by far the best trip we have ever taken outside of a first day flight delay issue that our agent helped with as well

We had a wonderful trip to Ecuador and the Galapagos with this travel company. The drivers and guides were all extremely prompt and knowledgeable and we felt well taken care of every step of the way! It was a fantastic trip. 

I questioned the need for using an agency before leaving but, having returned from our trip to the Galapagos, I am thrilled that I chose Zicasso. We would never have had the stress free, perfectly orchestrated trip had we planned this on our own. Our agent, Pilar and every guide and tour was incredible. This trip exceeded every expectation we had! Thank you for the level of excellence you provided that allowed us to focus solely on the beauty and wonder of these islands. 

After a 3 year delay due to my daughter's shattered ankle, and our travel agency getting the Galapagos cruise to move the trip forward to May 2020 we were finally able to go on our long awaited journey. I had to make a decision in April 2020 to pay the balance in full so as not to lose my deposit. In doing so I put my FULL TRUST in Alfonso and our travel company. Interesting footnote (pun intended) I managed to fracture my fibula on March 27th,2022 with a May 3rd, 2022 departure date.  With a lot of travel scheduled to get to both destinations my daughter and I had a fantastic time in both destinations. The cruise was handled very well and we were able to participate fully in all of their activities. As we progressed to Peru guides and drivers were very timely and our accommodations were very nice. I enjoyed all of our tours as did my daughter. Alfonso himself came to meet with us in Quito which I thought was a lovely gesture. We were able with our guide's help to navigate all the way up to Machu Picchu Peak. I was the slow mover with my ankle but our guide made sure we got both up and down.  These were two trips of a lifetime and without any hesitation I would use this travel agency and Alfonso again. To have to part with so much money with the beginnings of a pandemic surrounding me I put my faith and trust fully in him and was paid back tenfold with the experience and the service received.
