We used this travel agency for a 16 day trip to visit Lima, Cuzco, Machu Picchu, Amazon ecolodge, Rio De Janiero and Iguazu Falls.The advisor Ezequiel was in frequent timely contact with us in planning all the particulars of the trip. The trip involved 11 flights, 2 train rides and 2 boat rides and utilized 5 star hotels, private driver and guides in all destinations ( except the Amazon ecolodge obviously). All hotels, transfers, guides were perfect. The hotels were beautiful, great service, the transfers were all punctual and perfect and all the guides were professional and wonderful as well. Traveling to South America was daunting for us but the travel agency made the trip incredibly stress free.Due to the fault of American Airlines, our connection from Miami to Lima was missed. Our destination host ( all clients of the travel agency get a destination host upon arrival who stays in contact with you during your trip as needed) immediately was able to book us another flight from Lima to Cusco so that our carefully planned itinerary remained intact. This was despite it being midnight ( his time) during our communication with him. He was most pleasant and helpful. They even helped arrange some refunds for unused services due to our missed connection from Miami that first day.If planning luxury travel to South America (including Peru and Brazil) you cannot find a better company than this one to work with. They were simply awesome and we could not have done this trip without them. Looking foward to traveling with them again to visit Argentina and Chile in the future!Roger 

Lucas and entire team at the travel agency did a wonderful job organizing our trip to Peru and Argentina.On the planning phase, I worked with three different travel agencies besides this one, but this itinerary was the most creative and really designed based on my specific requests, unlike others who tried to sell me standard itinerary for the destinations.Communication during the planning phase was smooth and all my requests were thoroughly discussed and addressed.During the trip we reached out to Lucas many times with different questions and requests. The response was immediate, Lucas was very patient and did everything to make us happy.Itinerary offered to us was well balanced, contained  very different types of activities and well coordinated with the local vendors.Thanks Lucas and the travel agency for the great experience and memories which will stay with us forever.Job very well done! 

Our trip was outstanding.  Let me say, we tried doing this trip last year 2022 along with a cruise.  We both got Covid and had to quarantine in Montevideo, Uruguay.  Undaunted we came back this year for a land trip only!!  Our agent Kieran did an outstanding job.  He helped us last year navigate through our experience and this year our 19 day itinerary was wonderful.  We started out at Iguazu Falls, went to Salta, Argentina, then Ushuaia, and portions of Patagonia including Tierra del Fuego.  From there we went to Chile and Puerto Natales.  Torres del Paine is amazing along with the fjords.  San Pedro de Atacama was other worldly.  I can't say enough good things about this trip!!  You won't be disappointed.  Kieran checked in with us during the trip to make sure things were going well.  What an unforgettable experience.  We met wonderful people along the way, the food was wonderful and we had great wine!!We had great accommodations the whole trip.  Really a great experience.

We could not have had a better honeymoon. From the day we arrived in Buenos Aires, to the trips to Mendoza and Bariloche, everything went so smoothly. Hugh planned out an incredible itinerary for us that was exactly what we were looking for. We had days where we had activities and were able to learn more about the culture and cuisine in Argentina, but we also had days where we could rest and relax. It was truly one of the most memorable trips we will ever take.Hugh and his team were also incredibly responsive whenever we had a question about any activity we were doing. I can't recommend him enough!

The representatives were very helpful and responsive. We really had no idea how to set up the trip to southern Argentina and their help was very valuable. There were a few very small issues we encountered a long the way but the people were very helpful in resolving them which was great. 

The travel agency and Sivia and her team did an outstanding job curating our wonderful adventure in South America!  The activities/excursions were perfect for us and met our criteria of food, culture and wine!  We could easily contact them during our trip with any questions or issues we had which were minimal.  We had wonder dirvers and the tour guides were very knowledgeable and engaging.I highly recommend using this travel company as your travel designers for South America! 

Sebastian and Nicholas were absolutely great. They met with us many times before the trip began to make sure we were able to do and see everything we wanted. Then they arranged for spectacular hotels , private friendly, knowledgeable guides and made informed suggestions. They arranged all air and ground travel accommodating our physical limitations. Once in county they contacted us several times a day to see if they could assist in making our trip the best it could be. The guides they selected were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions including historical, geological and landscape issues. All of the guides knew how to get us to the spots everyone wants to visit , like the falls , the glaciers , the art and tango venues but at times and locations out of the main stream tourists. For example. The guide they selected to show us the falls was a former park ranger. He knew the times all the “group tours” would go on the standard trails so we went on them in reverse seeing the exact sites but without the crowds. The hunting lodge they chose in Córdoba was 5star ! Great food , very comfortable rooms , great wine and unbelievable hunting. My wife doesn’t hunt so they arranged a private gaucho tour  for her along with a visit to a local art display and 5 star restaurant. The lady selected to guide us around Buenos Aires showed us the whole city and the delta area explaining the historical , political , and cultural issues. I could go on and on. Suffice it to say we had an enjoyable vacation 

Santiago and his team are consummate professionals: I can recommend them unreservedly. Santiago put together a great 16-day itinerary that allowed us to visit some amazing destinations in both Chile and Argentina. Planning of the trip was excellent and Santiago proved very accessible and prompt in his responses. Indeed, during the trip itself we were able to connect very easily with Santiago for any further queries. It was also lovely to catch up with Santiago in his office when we visited BA. Whilst we appreciated the very competitive pricing offered, we really valued Santiago’s great enthusiasm as well as his genuine focus on customer care and satisfaction. The final itinerary proved excellent. This evolved over a period of time in response to our requests. It allowed us to see a lot of the 2 countries in a short space of time. Although we visited in August during low season, and the weather was cold, it was stunning. Indeed, we felt very lucky to visit at this time as tourist numbers were low. I also have to thank Santiago for his great suggestions for activities to celebrate my partner’s birthday: this proved a memorable day!The trip itself was fantastic and proved memorable. All transfers, internal flights, days trips and excursions proceeded very smoothly and we had no worries about any of the logistics including crossing over from Chile to Argentina. The guides provided were friendly and informative and we had some great excursions including in Santiago, Valparaiso, Frutillar, the Torres del Paine National Park, El Calafate, the Glacier Perito Moreno, Buenos Aires and Iguazu Falls. We greatly enjoyed seeing the stunning scenery and wildlife, meeting very friendly people and enjoying some wonderful cuisine and refreshments!Finally, we would love to return and will certainly look to Santiago to put together a new itinerary for our next visit.
