The trip was very well organized by the travel agency and provided us with a variety of experiences in Australia. It gave us a real overview of the eastern part of the country both from rural and urban perspectives.  One of the trips had to be rescheduled and the travel agent made it happen without any issues.

Shelley was absolutely amazing. She prepared a trip for us that included every detail that I had in mind for my son and I. One thing I was absolutely firm in asking was to be able to stay in a Hobbit hole. Other companies I had checked with said this couldn’t be done. But not Shelley. She did everything to make our dreams come true. We were able to see so many of the Lord of the Rings filming sites. The dark sky resort at the hotel in Mt Cook was completely mind blowing. My review could take pages to write, but I will simply state that if you are wanting to plan a trip to NZ, then this is the company to plan it with. And ask for Shelley, she is amazing. 

Karen is a superb travel planner and most importantly human being.  She listened well to the needs of my husband and I as she planned our trip and provided an experience that surpassed our expectations. There was a perfect mix of time on our own where we could simply explore and immersion into the history and culture of New Zealand.   A very telling fact that kept reoccurring was the high esteem her guides held for her and their comments as to her attention to detail.   Karen also personalized the trip once we arrived in New Zealand.   She stayed in phone contact with us, took us on a hike in Nelson and personally picked us up and returned us to the airport. My family has traveled throughout the world on very high-end tours and have never had the personal relationship and experience that Karen offered.  The tour guides she chose for us were in and of themselves interesting, and intelligent ambassadors for the area the area and region we were exploring.   They were an excellent reflection of Karens values and attention to detail.   Karen's choice of accomadation was also excellent.   I give her and  her team the highest marks!Janet

Our trip to the South Island of NZ was well planned. We spent a week in the Marlborough area. Lovely train ride from Christchurch to Picton where we spent 3 nights. We went on 2 mail boat cruises in 2 different sounds. Our accommodations in Picton were exactly what we wanted. Small, well appointed hotel with a lovely restaurant. Our transition from train to car rental went smoothly. next up was our 3 day hike in Abel Tasman Park. We loved the hiking and the other tourists in our group. I highly recommend the lodging and food was lovely.  My only recommendation is to let clients know this is not an easy hike. There are up and down hills. We were the oldest members of our group. Most were in their 60’s. We did fine but the hike was more than my husband anticipated. Nevertheless we did enjoy the scenery, lodging, food and guides.Our favorite 2 nights were at the retreat in Nelson. Absolutely fabulous. We were tired and worn out from hiking so 2 days at the retreat was a treat. Great food, surroundings (pool and hot tub). The owner even did our laundry! A bonus. She even made dinner reservations for us and arranged transportation so we didn’t have to drive.our last night at a hot springs place was our least favorite. Food was fine but the hot springs were too rocky for me to go in. Rooms were nice and there was a steam room and massages. I think I was just ready to go back to Christchurch. It was very popular. Lots of people. Franck arranged a wonderful trip for us and I would highly recommend this travel company.Ellen 

This was a trip with our 10 yrs old Grandson. Rick was our agent of choice and he lived up to our expectation. Rick and I worked together for about 3 months putting this trip together. He was patent with every change I’d throw at him and always available (even on our trip if we needed him). 

My husband and I trusted Kate from the travel agency to plan our honeymoon in New Zealand and Fiji, a decision we couldn't have been happier with. We are both big nerds and unconditional fans of the Lord of the Rings, so we asked Kate to design a trip that covered as many filming locations as possible. The result was amazing. Not only did we enjoy Hobbiton or Rivendell, Kate mixed our passion for LOTR with incredible tours and activities that allowed us to get to know New Zealand better... and fall completely in love with the country! And the resort in Fiji was the perfect end to our trip, we felt truly as if we were in paradise!Moreover, Kate was available at all times, and we quickly found a solution with her when one of our flights got cancelled. We felt that she had our back 100% of the time, and that is priceless when you are such a long way from home.

My 80+ year old grandparents, mother, brother and I had a trip of a lifetime this past March, when we traveled to Sydney, Port Douglas (Great Barrier Reef), Melbourne, Queenstown and Wanaka.My grandfather has wanted to visit AU + NZ the last 20+ years, so we finally decided to take him as mobility concerns were catching up to his and my grandmum's age. My mother, brother, and I also had additional various activities that we wanted to cover, during our first visit Down Under too. Beyond the Blue Review:I was impressed to find how perfectly the team anticipated and tailored the trip to my grandparent's mobility needs, while also ensuring that my mother, brother and I were not longing to see more. The five of us all had a full and easy experience, and I cannot identify an aspect of the touring where we could've had a better outcome! This alone made the trip a five star experience. However, I write this recommendation for the team at the travel agency for their thorough ability in handling the pre-trip items the months before departure. From managing entry and vaccination requirements for family members all over the world, and more significantly managing two last minute cancellations for personal emergencies by my uncle and aunt, it is obvious the team pulled out all the stops to ensure the best trip and a full trip could be had. I would recommend to friends and family to consult with this agency for their trips to AU & NZ!

We loved our NZ/Australia travel specialist! Our original trip in March 2020 was delayed bc of Covid. Jo kept us updated and then rescheduled our trip. Her suggestions about what to see and do fit in perfectly with what we wanted out of our trip.  Taking the trip and all we saw and did, was even better than what the terrific itinerary showed.  Just a truly awesome trip in every respect!
