Zicasso’s travel agent did a fabulous job. There were a lot of moving parts and every detail was thought through and implemented flawlessly. Her overall itinerary for us made perfect sense and her choice of hotels/lodges was excellent.

The trip and the travel company were fantastic! Zicasso’s travel specialist listened carefully to what we wanted, proposed an itinerary, made changes when we requested them, and patiently answered our many questions. The trip was tailor-made for us—flights to different cities, tours, rides to and from the airport, accommodation—and everything worked seamlessly.

Zicasso’s tour company planned a wonderful, month-long trip for four of us in New Zealand and Australia. Every detail was covered and the pacing of the trip, although rigorous, allowed for appropriate downtime when needed.
The accommodations were very nice, providing a nice mix of four- and five-star boutique hotels, as well as a luxury splurge, all within our budget. When we requested a couple of last-minute changes to our itinerary, the travel company responded quickly and efficiently. The app was a bit confusing at first, but quickly became our go-to resource and the in-app messaging service worked well after hours and on weekends. Looking back, we wouldn't change a thing. It was all wonderful!

It was an amazing trip and I cannot say enough good things about Zicasso’s travel company and the travel specialist. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. He was extremely accommodating and took the time to listen to how I described my husband and me, and our travel preferences.
He designed a beautiful itinerary, with first-rate accommodations, tours, and many suggestions for free time, but was also quite willing to make changes. He was always available and when I had two very small issues that I messaged him about, he called me immediately. The app that I was given to use for the duration of our vacation was fully detailed and an incredibly useful tool.

This was truly a trip of a lifetime. The trip that was tailored for us by Zicasso’s travel company, from the pre-trip planning to our final ride homeward, was nothing short of superb.
