The travel agency gave us the trip of a lifetime!Susan was the perfect fit for us to travel to my parents’ home country of India.We visited all of my mom’s side by traveling to Delhi, Amritsar, Pune, Goa and Mumbai.During the planning process, Susan put up with our multiple requests to change certain plans, adventures, etc. and she was able to accommodate every single request! Since we were mostly there to visit family, we didn’t do a whole lot of sightseeing but Susan still executed a flawless itinerary for us by coordinating all of the flights, transportation, drivers, guides, etc. but also mixed in some touring as well. I think most travel agencies can only work with clients who are traveling to experience the destination, so even more kudos to Susan for arranging this all for us.Her team in India is exceptional. We had points of contact and when there was a little mix-up with our room in Goa, they worked diligently with our resort to make it right. There was ALWAYS someone we could contact, night or day, and they were accommodating when we changed some plans on the fly as well.The drivers we had were all amazing and were super flexible when we decided to go off-script.There’s no way we would’ve made our way around India without this travel company! 

This was our 1st time traveling to India and Nepal. Jay from the travel agency laid out the perfect itinerary based on the locations that we wanted to go and our budget. The guides, drivers, and representatives in each city were attentive, kind, and knowledgeable beyond expectation. There were absolutely no concerns, they picked us up when they said they would and made sure that every experience was enjoyable and knowledgeable. We will be using this travel agency again when we return.

A Miracle Worker in the Nic of TimeAn adventure traveler I have always been, but now as an octogenarian, I found myself somewhat apprehensive about traveling solo in Vietnam. On the advice of an acquaintance, only two weeks before "lift off", I reached out to Zicasso Travel who put me in touch with this travel company, where Allison, travel expert in South Asia custom tours, designed a 15-day itinerary with guide and driver that covered highlights of Hanoi in the north to Saigon in the south. Recently returned, I have only the most glowing comments of what a delightful and informative trip it was. I soon realized that the Vietnamese are some of the most hospitable, caring folk I have ever encountered.All arrangements worked smoothly and my guides in each location were most friendly and efficient, informative and caring. In fact, my guide in Saigon invited me to spend my last day with his family in the suburbs, a special opportunity to view the life of a Vietnamese family from the inside out.The hotel in Saigon was a jewel of a boutique accommodation with rooftop swimming pool and bar, and a breakfast each morning that was varied and tasty. The concierge could not have been more pleasant and helpful, greeting me by name upon my return from sight-seeing each day, and offering me an iced ginger-lemon tea to refresh myself.Thank you Allison for knowing exactly what would suit my needs ... just in the nic of time for me to enjoy a beautiful trip through Vietnam! 

This travel company is an amazing company and will definitely contact them when I travel to India again! They personalized the itinerary based on my preferences and dates. Their attention to detail was done very well such as the cute coffee shop or the niche boutique recommendations. All the services provided were top notch and our drivers and guides at each city were phenomenal! Everyone was very professional and respectful and experienced in their role. The staff was very responsive and caring, always there for us when needed.     When we first started planning our trip we were unsure as to what to expect.    We asked Zicasso for recommendations on a travel agent for Rajasthan, India.   We were contacted by the trip planner of this travel company.       After taking time to discuss what we might expect to see, our planner recommended an itinerary that would allow us to sample a cross section of Rajasthan as well as learn some of the history and culture.   He suggested that we visit during Diwali (a fantastic experience) and that the end of October and early November would be ideal weather wise (it was).         Our itinerary included exploring New Delhi, seeing the Taj Mahal, visiting multiple cities, riding camels and elephants, staying in luxurious hotels, tents in Jaisalmer desert (camp & chateaux - an indescribable experience -WOW ), and a repurposed feudal lord's home (character and flavor galore). We were accompanied by one guide (an exceptional, articulate young man) and mostly one driver.   This constancy  made the trip much more smooth.   The trip planner tries to pair personalities and he did a great job here, which clearly points out the personal attention we received.        Our trip ended with a dinner in the planner's home with his wife and sister-in-law graciously cooking a wonderful Indian meal for us.  It was a very special evening for which we are grateful.         We strongly recommend the trip planner and this travel company.    Start with their website and contact them for ideas if you are on your way to India.
