This was a trip with our 10 yrs old Grandson. Rick was our agent of choice and he lived up to our expectation. Rick and I worked together for about 3 months putting this trip together. He was patent with every change I’d throw at him and always available (even on our trip if we needed him). 

We loved our NZ/Australia travel specialist! Our original trip in March 2020 was delayed bc of Covid. Jo kept us updated and then rescheduled our trip. Her suggestions about what to see and do fit in perfectly with what we wanted out of our trip.  Taking the trip and all we saw and did, was even better than what the terrific itinerary showed.  Just a truly awesome trip in every respect!

We just returned from a fantastic 17 day trip to Australia arranged by Shelley at the travel agency.  Zicasso matched us up with Shelley and her firm after an issue with our previous agent.  Shelley was a life saver and able to create a new itinerary that closely matched our initial plans despite the short notice.  She also provided suggestions to fine tune and improve our previous plans to better match current flight schedules and tour offerings that worked with our travel style.  All of the tours and activities she booked were enjoyable. A particular bonus was having local contacts that we could reach out to when the inevitable travel glitch occurred, allowing us to quickly get back on our way. We appreciated Shelley's knowledge and professionalism throughout the process. We highly recommend Shelley and the travel agency and will work with them the next time we plan to visit Australia or New Zealand. 

My husband and I trusted Kate from the travel agency to plan our honeymoon in New Zealand and Fiji, a decision we couldn't have been happier with. We are both big nerds and unconditional fans of the Lord of the Rings, so we asked Kate to design a trip that covered as many filming locations as possible. The result was amazing. Not only did we enjoy Hobbiton or Rivendell, Kate mixed our passion for LOTR with incredible tours and activities that allowed us to get to know New Zealand better... and fall completely in love with the country! And the resort in Fiji was the perfect end to our trip, we felt truly as if we were in paradise!Moreover, Kate was available at all times, and we quickly found a solution with her when one of our flights got cancelled. We felt that she had our back 100% of the time, and that is priceless when you are such a long way from home.

My husband and I went on a wonderful trip to New Zealand - North and South Island - that was actually planned for 2021 but could not go until this year. I like to work with an agent and Lindsay from our travel agency was extremely responsive offering helpful options and suggestions. Even though the time we spent on the North Island was right after the torrential rains, we modified the itinerary to spend 4 days in the Taupo area and 2 days in Rotorua. We hiked in the Tongariro National Park and part of the Great Lake Pathway, sailed to view the Maori Rock Carvings and visited Orakei Korako geothermal pools and Huka Falls in the Lake Taupo area. In Rotorua, we relaxed in the mineral pools of the spa and enjoyed the indigenous Maori experience at Te Puia. The next 12 days were spent on the South Island where we had sunny and warm weather! One of our favorite places was Abel Tasman Park where we went Kayaking and hiked on the beautiful Coast Trek. We continued our adventures on a memorable heli-hiking experience on the Tasman Glacier in the Mt. Cook region, followed by visiting the unique blue penguins and Royal Albatrosses on the Otago Peninsula and a hike and cruise on the famous Milford Sound in Fjordland National Park. We ended our journey with 3 days in Lake Wanaka area where we kayaked, hiked, and went to some of the region's famous wineries.
