The travel agency (Rachel) gets a 5-star rating without qualification. Rachel was easy to communicate with and to work with. She was always very responsive. She listened carefully to what I was looking for in this first-time visit to Costa Rica (mainly a focus on experiencing the biodiversity of the country) and planned an itinerary for me and my daughter that matched exactly what I wanted. Our itinerary included visits to Tortuguero, Monteverde, the Osa Peninsula, and a coffee plantation outside San Jose. The tours and lodging she arranged were all outstanding. The sequence of the various places we visited and the pace of each day were perfect. Our guides were excellent. In-country transportation transfers occurred without a hitch. I highly recommend using this travel comapny when planning your trip to Costa Rica.

It was a wonderful trip to a beautiful country with so much history, natural beauty and most of all friendly people. Our experience was nothing short of magical! And we have to thank our travel planner Catarina for it!!!From accommodations (in Ambergris Caye and in Belmopan), to tours, to the guides, to all the logistics...there were no hiccups at all. We had different family members arrive and depart at different times/days. Very happy that the travel agency was very thorough from the initial planning until the end of our trip. They were extremely patient with all our requests and made sure they gave us many options to pick from. And the food we had was beyond good...big thanks for making sure that we had great choices as vegetarians including the food tours customized for us and special orders for dinner entrée at our resort in Belmopan. Couldn't have asked for more...Highly recommend using them for planning a perfect Belize trip!

As soon as Zicasso put us in touch with Catarina, she took an active interest in our Belize travel plans, and tailored a wonderful trip agenda to suit our needs and wishes. Catarina from the travel agency planned the PERFECT Belize vacation for our family! I can be very indecisive yet also have high expectations, which I'm aware in not a great combination. With that said, Catarina customized our trip to perfection based on the vague description of what we were looking to get out of our getaway. We traveled with two young children (ages 4 and 6) and of course she took this into consideration when suggesting resorts and activities. She and her colleague were available throughout our time in Belize, and were quick to respond when I had a somewhat urgent question. I could not be happier with our trip! Thank you!

Catarina and David were attentive and so helpful. I felt that they stayed connected and on top of everything without being obtrusive. My family and I did not need to worry about one thing. The properties that they recommended for our accommodations while in Belize were spot on. They curated a meaningful and culturally unique experience for my family that we will never forget. I’m so thankful to our travel agency and the people we had an opportunity to meet in Belize. Definitely this trip far exceeded any of my expectations.

Our trip to Belize was wonderful! We had a good amount of both relaxation and excitement which included quiet days on the beach and snorkeling, hiking, and site seeing. With little knowledge of what Belize had to offer, we depended heavily on our travel company to provide us with recommendations and arrangements. In this matter, the travel agency exceeded our expectations. By understanding the motives for our trip, they assembled a top rate itinerary with great activities, locations and accommodations. Our guides were fun, knowledgeable and friendly. Any special request we made was responded to quickly, efficiently and always more than what we asked.

Catarina from the travel agency provided very helpful advice and service. We talked on the phone and described generally what we were interested in and she provided an itinerary with multiple options. We liked being able to look at the range of lodging on line and make a final selection ourselves. We also got great advice on how much time to spend at each location so everything felt just right. Once we arrived in Belize, Catarina would check on us from time to time and was very responsive to questions and any updates that we needed to know. All of the resorts and tour guides that she pointed us to/arranged were very professional and personal and they matched our preferred style of travel. I would recommend our itinerary and her to anyone traveling to Belize.

Our travel agent was excellent, communication was effortless and their responses were very timely.
my children and I had an amazing experience in Belize. The trip was more adventure than laying on the beach. First half in jungle, exploring caves and Mayan ruins; second half on the water snorkeling with sharks and fishing.

We had a wonderful honeymoon experience! We loved both resorts, especially the one in Blancaneaux! It was the perfect balance of organized activities and downtime. We loved learning more about the Mayan history of Belize with the Caricol tour; the caves were breathtaking. The service and food at both places was amazing (we were so sad we waited until the last day to try Danny's Tree Bar at the resort in Ambergris Caye, because it was delicious), and we were especially touched by the final dinner at Blancaneaux. It was really special to us that they set up a special honeymoon dinner! Thank you so much for arranging everything, all of the transportation was seamless, and it was so nice to relax and not have to think on this honeymoon. We could not thank you enough!

Just got back from my first trip booked through Zicasso. It was possibly the best vacation! The process was easy, my travel agent was very helpful and our schedule/drivers/tour guides/everything was awesome! Our tour guides were the best! They took care of us and educated us! I will be booking future vacations through Zicasso. I feel like we got the most out of our vacation ever!
