This trip resulted in the most extraordinary two weeks of my life! Everything, and I mean everything, was absolutely perfect. I had a vision of what I wanted this trip to be and worked with Sherilyn at the travel company to bring the vision to life. She provided sound advice and created an itinerary that was spot on! Throughout the year of planning, Sherilyn was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns that I had. I was provided a very detailed trip itinerary, along with everything I needed to know about traveling to Africa.  No stone went unturned and we were very prepared as a result of all of the information provided.The trip itinerary covered both Southern Africa and East Africa over the course of two weeks. We pulled out all the stops and included as many activities as time would allow.  From a helicopter ride over Victoria Falls to a rhino walking safari in Zambia to a hot air balloon ride over the Maasai Mara in Kenya—none of the activities disappointed!Every one of the guides we had was excellent.  The service we received at the airports (both inbound and outbound) was exceptional. All of the accommodations (hotels and camps) were amazing and we would definitely stay at any of them again.This was definitely a trip of a lifetime and I don’t believe it will ever be outdone! Our group of five had a wonderful time and I can not recommend this company enough if you are planning a trip to Asia. First of all the communication between the company and the client is efficient and very timely. Throughout the planning process, we were included in choices to make and kept up to date about suggestions and changes that needed to be made. We traveled with two college students, two middle aged woman and an elderly woman in a wheelchair. The service that we were provided was second to known and guides we had were able to take into account the needs of all of the travelers in our group so that everyone felt like they were on vacation and well cared for. We spent 14 wonderful days in Japan seeing all of the sights and trying wonderful food. I have traveled all over the world and I think it would have very difficult to really feel like I was on vacation in Japan if we had not used this company. Most people do not speak English well in Japan so without our fabulous guides and drivers, we would have had an uncomfortable trip and we would have struggled to accomplish our goals. Lastly, not only was the trip prepared and delivered perfectly to our needs, but we continued to be well cared for when an unexpected typhoon approached and we had to change some plans to be safe and comfortable. I was very impressed with this company and their ability to move us swiftly without really disrupting our travel even though we had to rearrange some things. If you want to have a wonderful time, choose this company!

The travel agency gave us the trip of a lifetime!Susan was the perfect fit for us to travel to my parents’ home country of India.We visited all of my mom’s side by traveling to Delhi, Amritsar, Pune, Goa and Mumbai.During the planning process, Susan put up with our multiple requests to change certain plans, adventures, etc. and she was able to accommodate every single request! Since we were mostly there to visit family, we didn’t do a whole lot of sightseeing but Susan still executed a flawless itinerary for us by coordinating all of the flights, transportation, drivers, guides, etc. but also mixed in some touring as well. I think most travel agencies can only work with clients who are traveling to experience the destination, so even more kudos to Susan for arranging this all for us.Her team in India is exceptional. We had points of contact and when there was a little mix-up with our room in Goa, they worked diligently with our resort to make it right. There was ALWAYS someone we could contact, night or day, and they were accommodating when we changed some plans on the fly as well.The drivers we had were all amazing and were super flexible when we decided to go off-script.There’s no way we would’ve made our way around India without this travel company! 

This was our 1st time traveling to India and Nepal. Jay from the travel agency laid out the perfect itinerary based on the locations that we wanted to go and our budget. The guides, drivers, and representatives in each city were attentive, kind, and knowledgeable beyond expectation. There were absolutely no concerns, they picked us up when they said they would and made sure that every experience was enjoyable and knowledgeable. We will be using this travel agency again when we return.

Charlotte and the team at the travel agency worked collaboratively with me to design "the trip of a lifetime" in Japan for our family that includes 3 children ages 15, 12, and 8. Charlotte was incredibly responsive and friendly in designing the trip, and our communication before and during the trip was extremely helpful. We had outstanding guides and an itinerary that balanced adult and child interests. Our accommodations met our expectations, even exceeding our expectations in some instances. We could not be more happy with our experience.We had a luxurious experience, worth every penny.

The trip was fun and exciting and went very well.  The guides chosen were very knowledgeable and attentive.  Logistics were good as well.  Suzie and the team were all very attentive. 

My wife and I had a fantastic 3 week trip to Sri Lanka in Dec. 2018-January 2019. This tour company provided us with an itinerary that allowed for a diversity of experiences, giving us an excellent snapshot of the culture, people, food and natural landscape of Sri Lanka, a country that has something to offer all travellers. We enjoyed the historical sites in the Cultural Triangle, the wildlife in Gal Oya National Park, hiking in Knuckles Mountain, relaxing in Tea Trails and walking on the beach in Habaraduwa. Kudos to this tour company for catering to our travel interests....both the company and the country did not disappoint!

Our honeymoon in Japan was incredible because of this travel agency. Alex was extremely attentive before and during the trip. We had a last minute itinerary change due to weather and Alex immediately made a new plan for us, working into the night to ensure we were taken care of. The trip was made unforgettable with private tours, private drivers, and wonderful hotels and service. We highly recommend booking a trip with this travel company.
