Our trip, starting and ending in Edinburgh and looping through the Highlands, with emphasis on Isle of Skye, Inverness and Speyside, was altogether a very enjoyable experience, much to the credit of our travel agency. We were awed by the sheer beauty of the Highlands, the warmth and friendliness of the Scottish people and the country’s fascinating historical sites. Our culinary experience was altogether outstanding with a variety of traditional dishes and contemporary cuisine prepared by world-class chefs. As could be expected, distillery visits gave us an opportunity to enjoy a range of whiskey flavors and styles.Jane, the owner of the travel agency, was accommodating in creating the ideal itinerary, finding superb lodging and dining experiences for us and helping us through last minute bookings due to flight cancellation. Our driver/guide was personal, knowledgeable, timely and professional. He entertained us with amusing Scottish lore, local and regional information and he eagerly adjusted the itinerary, as needed, to suit our personal tastes and interests. 

The travel agency did an absolutely amazing job putting together the trip of a lifetime for us!  We are Americans and I had very specific requests - get married in a particular ruined castle in the middle of nowhere, stay in a few castles around Scotland that I had selected, and ride horses in the Highlands.  Chris put together the things I had requested plus a few suggestions that tied everything together, and the team did the work of making it all happen.  Communication was excellent all the way through the process, and we couldn't be happier with our choice.

The trip was wonderful and the support from the travel agency was unstinting. From the first day they were quickly responsive and continually exceeded our expectations. We had no hiccups along the way so we didn't need to call on them during the trip, but I am confident they would have sorted any issue that arose. Their reputation was reinforced by our guide in Bath, who said they were a great company to work with, and emphasized that anybody who "picked up the phone" would provide the high level of service that we'd experienced.

It was a pleasure working with this travel agency to plan our vacation to England. During the planning process, I appreciated their input and advice on which places and experiences to include on our itinerary. My husband and I are rather particular about how we travel and they made sure to accommodate our wishes to put together an ideal fast-paced trip so we could see and experience the most on our journey. 

This was an extraordinary travel agency to work with. Michael (in the US) was my first contact and he really heard what i was looking for and definitely delivered. Our trip itinerary to Scotland ticked off every wish list point we requested…and more. The guides they provided were each different, interesting, professional, and knowledgeable. One of the team members (who is in Scotland) went beyond the call of duty when our connecting flight was canceled, and although the agency didn’t book our flights, at 7 am he received my email needing assistance and immediately solved our flight problem. He suggested that we fly into another airport rather than the original destination (we wouldn’t have known to do that) and changed the driver picking us up at the new airport. 

We very much enjoyed working with the travel agency.  They fully understood our needs and provided us with a fantastic itinerary that worked well for our family.  It was a very special trip that we will cherish. I only wish we had more days to spend in London and Scotland!   During our trip, they were easily accessible and quickly answered any questions that arose.  I would highly recommend them and would use them for future travel needs.

Our trip to Scotland with this travel company was absolutely outstanding! Every detail was cared for in a professional way. We had lots of regular communication with Jeff, the company's owner. We felt like he understood the kind of experience we were looking for and he delivered it beautifully. Our driver-guide was spectacular. She was so knowledgeable about the history of Scotland and was able to provide a very helpful context to all of the sites were visited. Plus, she has a wonderful sense of humor and we enjoyed every minute we spend with her.

Our family of 4 worked with Julie at the travel agency to create a 10 day itinerary with 2-4 days in each of London, Killarney, Galway, and Dublin. Overall the trip was fantastic, and really showed Julie and the travel agency knew the areas well.  Our overall itinerary had a really nice flow including a mix of city touring as well as getting out into nature which was exactly what we wanted, with lots of variety day to day.  The hotels were excellent and met exactly what we were looking for, in particular being close walking distance to the heart of each city.  And the drivers, tour guides, and activities were all top notch and delivered incredible experiences and lots of memories.The planning process to create the trip with Julie was top notch as well.  Julie took the time to really listen to what we wanted and our family's preferences at the start, was quick to respond and easy to communicate with all throughout the planning, put together a really solid initial proposal solving for what we'd asked, and then was easy to work with as we provided feedback or she had proactive suggestions to really tune the final details.Overall highly recommended and would absolutely use this travel company again!
