Bulent set up an excellent trip for our group to cover the major sites in Turkey. His choice of the guides he used were excellent for the sites. Our guide has a fantastic knowledge of ancient history of Pergamum, Ephesus, Aphrodisias, Pamukkale and Antalya. Another guide took over at Cappadocia and was also amazing with his in depth knowledge of all the sites and deep history of the happenings in this surreal area of Turkey. All our hotels were top quality and each having their unique charm that let us relax after very busy days of site seeing. Bulent took care of all our bookings and even sent us our boarding passes for our flights so we didn't have to bother. We missed the hot air balloons due to weather but Bulent bought our dinner wine as a nice gesture.  We will use him again when we return to see the sites we missed.   

5 starsWe have used Zicasso before and have been happy with the agents we used in Thailand and Middle East.  Marcus, from the travel agency, however, besides spending a lot of time with me and being a delightful personality, really got our style of travel more than any other agent we have ever used, including those recommended and used by friends for other trips. His suggestions regarding activities, areas of Turkey to stay( for instance the towns and lodging where he put us on the coast were perfect  for us (not  the big Bodrum hotels)-smaller scale, full of character and beautiful. His person on the ground was always accessible, charming personality. We were always on his radar. We were secure that any glitch would be  handled and felt well taken care of, for instance, gullet cruise day was changed to take advantage of optimal weather. We will be recommending him to anyone who is considering a trip to Turkey.

I don't know where to begin. As soon as we started planning our family vacation for 11 people, ages 8 - 75, Ciaran from the travel agency was there to answer any questions, re-write the itinerary (several times!), and guide us on what steps to take next. The guest page was extremely helpful; we could refer to it when we wanted to add excursions, make a payment, or see our itinerary.  Our local contacts could not have been more accommodating, kind, and helpful. They went well above our expectations. They called us when we were scheduled to arrive at our destinations to ensure our transportation went well and everything was as expected. If I had a question, I emailed or called and heard back within minutes (even on the weekend). Both were very knowledgeable about their areas of expertise and answer our questions with great detail. From the transfers to the hotels to the destinations to the excursions, we could not have asked for more. Everything was top-notch, first-class, and better than we could ever have imagined. 

Mary planned a terrific trip for my sister and myself.  The two best parts were thanks to Mary and her choice of guides while touring Cairo and Luxor.  They were so knowledgable about the kings and Pharaohs and every temple and mausoleum.  They were both Egyptologists to the max!  Plus, they were lovely gentlemen.  Her hotel choices were perfect as well.  Not on her, but I would have done our trip without the "cruise down the Nile"  I really didn't enjoy that at all.  A drive to Luxor from Cairo would have suited me better and then a drive to Abu Simbel, which was not offered or mentioned, would have been a much better choice for me.  But all in all, a wonderful trip!

The trip was amazing! The history in Turkey is mind boggling. The travel company couldn’t have done a better job! The hotels were great and our guide is probably one of the best in the business. When we were putting the trip together Derya really listened to what we wanted to do and created a memorable trip for us. I highly recommend this travel agency!
