This was a fantastic journey from beginning to end. Michael and I thoroughly enjoyed the itinerary.  It was precisely what we were looking for. Our guide was wonderful - she was prompt,  thoughtful and knowledgeable about every aspect. Not a single complaint. Sagrada Familia,  Gothic Quarter, Costa Brava, Girona...superb.And our guide to Montserrat and Penedes was just as wonderful. What a beautiful day on the mountain. And our driver was courteous,  friendly and very prompt...always professional. Jorge, we would not have changed a thing. Jorge listened to all our requests and delivered what we asked for and much more. I tried other online agencies but none compared to the quality of Jorge's services. Exceptional. We are planning a trip to Portugal in May 2024, and we look forward to working again with Jorge if he is available. John and Michael 

This was a phenomenal travel agency and Marianna was excellent to work with! We were planning our honeymoon so it was very important to us to have a perfect trip. Marianna was so responsive to our emails and we went back and forth for a couple of months as she helped tailor the honeymoon to what we wanted. Our trip included the Azores, Porto, Lisbon, and Cascais. We loved everything about our trip! Every hotel was either a 4 star or 5 star and Marianna always informed the hotels it was our was honeymoon which made our stay extra special. They would have a bottle of champagne, chocolates, and a kind note waiting for us. One hotel even had rose petals and made swans out of the towels which I especially loved. We loved all of the activities, some of our favorites were going on the jeep tour on the island, exploring furnas valley and enjoying the hot springs, going on food tours, and going on a gorgeous sunset sail.Additionally, any time we had questions, we could text the agency and they would reply immediately. They were quick to help with anything that came up – for instance, the train company was on strike and they helped us find different transportation immediately. Also, Marianna gave us amazing restaurant recommendations. It is hard to know which restaurant to pick when there are so many to choose from and she gave us the best recommendations. We enjoyed some of the best meals we have ever had. There were moments on our honeymoon that I was so happy I cried and I have to thank Marianna for her putting together the perfect honeymoon. We have recommended them to our friends who are wanting to visit Portugal and we will definitely use them again if we get so lucky to go back to Portugal one day!

The service provided by Hayley and the travel agency was excellent. She was very responsive, organized, and helpful at all times. We experienced multiple problems/changes with our flights going to Portugal and needed to change our hotel accommodations and transfers. Hayley handled it easily and it was reassuring to have that support. Hayley already documented the missed tours which we need for our travel insurance claim. The iPhone app used by the travel agency was really convenient for understanding our itinerary and texting Hayley

My trip to Mallorca was nothing short of AMAZING thanks to the travel agency. This is an agency that pays attention to detail and delivers superior customer service!  This was my first international solo trip, so naturally I was nervous.  But my agent, Marta,  was patient and planned a trip of a lifetime.  Marta asked me what would an ideal trip look like and put together a personalized itinerary for me.  But the biggest challenge that Marta faced was that I did not want to rent a car!  Anyone that has visited Mallorca knows that most people opt to rent a car so that they can see more of the island.  But, Marta made it possible for me to see most of the island, by selecting a hotel that was centrally located and on the beach ( Seaview with balcony!  YES!), which made it possible for the tour groups to pick me up from my hotel, and for me to easily move around the island on my own.  Marta kept in touch with me the entire trip.  Whenever I had an issue, Marta quickly resolved the issue in minutes (literally). Marta is now my agent for any future trips.  So what is the next place that I should explore, Marta?

The trip experience provided by Filomena and George from the travel agency was excellent.     They provided a high livel of personal service form the very beginning:  Starting with a weekend discussion with Filomena all the way back in January straight through their 24/7 responsiveness during our trip,  providing us a hot spot to use during the trip (very helpful) and even walking us into the airport right up to the security gates and offering us advice on how to most efficiently get through the Lisbon airport.     Also, with any trip, issues may arise -  and one or two did on our trip, but this is where the agents true value is proven (or not) and Filomena handled it immediately and professionally. 

The itinerary that was put together for us was outstanding.   We had a call with the agency and told them what we were looking for and they delivered!   Outstanding hotels in each of the three locations we stayed at, Porto, Lisbon, and the Algarve.    The private tours that were put together were fantastic.   Our guides were prompt, friendly, knowledgable and asked us about our preferences and were flexible.At the conclusion of our time in Porto and Lisbon, the agency rented us a car to drive to the Algarve and booked us in a wonderful property that really allowed us to relax and be pampered after 8-9 days of busy traveling.I would highly recommend this agency for any trip to Portugal!

Nuno was most helpful and responsive to all of our questions and concerns during the planning process of our trip itinerary.  All of the things that we had corresponded and spoken about were incorporated.  Once we had arrived, both he and Sara took the time to greet us at the hotel and to review details of the upcoming schedule.  We were provided with a WhatsApp chat link with which to ask questions and resolve any problems or issues that may come up.  On a couple of occasions, weather and timing dictated a need to switch days or times and our team didn't disappoint and made the necessary changes in a matter or hours without any disruption to our trip.  The accommodations that they had chosen for us were excellent and in line with what we had discussed prior.  Their partners in terms of drivers, private tour guides as well as small group tours were all outstanding and seasoned hospitality veterans.  They all introduced us to a both the Portugal that you read about and wish to see as well as lesser known experiences that allowed us to get a better flavor for Portuguese culture and its people.  We had a number of prearranged meals at local restaurants that were all memorable.  In summary, the travel agency and their team were one of the most thorough and responsive agencies that we have had the pleasure of working with to create a most memorable trip.  Highly recommended!

Our trip to Portugal was nothing less than spectacular! From our first day in Lisbon where we took a food tour of the city, sunset sail boat ride on the river, to planning all our city visits along the path north to Porto- everything was well planned and really immersed us in understanding the amazing beauty and history of the country. Traveling back south down the coast spending a couple days in Cascais was so much fun. And ending back in Lisbon learning to cook typical Portuguese food - our group of 4 women- daughters and cousins, had the most memorable experience. We had a driver and super extraordinary historian for most of the trip. Zicasso never disappoints in finding the best local tour companies for taylor made experiences. Jose from the travel agency worked with me to find the perfect combination of activities to do and see. Five star experience all the way around.
