Our trip to Egypt with this travel agency was one of the most memorable vacations we have ever had.  We were celebrating some special milestones and the team at the agency made it truly special.  Ramez made sure we were getting everything we wanted from the beginning and based on our requests made some additional recommendations he thought we would enjoy.  He was consistently communicating with me on what we were looking for and made our decision easy.  The team he deployed for us was the BEST!  From the time we flew into Cairo until the time we left 2 weeks later, we knew we were being well taken care of we didn't have to worry about any logistics.  Our Egyptologists and tour coordinators were very knowledgeable, professional, and kept us on time and task the whole time. Our guides were awesome to deal with and we not only learned a lot about ancient Egypt but also the current environment in Egypt.  All of our tours were awesome and our additions of a tour between the Sphinx paws and the active archeological dig in Saqqara were the absolutely best parts of our vacation.  Restaurant choices and market choices were great and we hardly ever had to worry about being hassled by vendors or scammers since our guides were constantly watching out for us.  We never felt unsafe!  Thank god for the professional drivers because I would never drive in Egypt.  They got us everywhere on time and with a smile and always had water available since it was so hot!!The hotel choices during our 2 weeks were great and we got to experience well known luxury hotels as well as luxury boutique hotels.  Our Nile cruise was great and relaxing and our vacation wrap up in Hurghada for 3 days was just what we needed to decompress and take in everything we saw up until then.  I would highly recommend this travel company to anyone planning an Egyptian vacation! 

The travel agency made our dream trip to Morocco come true! Selma and the team were insightful and professional. Their kindness made made the whole process seamless and stress free, allowing us to focus on our holiday. The guide and the driver are incredible! They made our journey so much fun! It wouldn’t have been the same without them! We quickly became a travel family! But, it was the little things like my son forgetting his trumpet and his lucky Mickey Mouse toy and them finding it and returning it and returning the meds that someone in our group lost, finding it and giving her peace of mind etc. that made this journey truly special. That over-the-top service and kindness is not duplicated anywhere else! I have used many travel agencies in the past, and this is by far my favorite! My family, and I will definitely use this company again! This was an amazing experience, and we will be returning! We can’t thank the team enough for all their efforts! 

Trip of a lifetime. Everything was planned meticulously. The itinerary was perfect, and the agent really listened to our preferences and requests when planning it. We were met at every destination, and every point of our trip promptly, tour guides were fantastic, and the hotels/resorts were superb. In addition, Kirsty was always readily available to answer our questions along the way. Could not say enough great things about Kirsty and her team. 

5 starsWe have used Zicasso before and have been happy with the agents we used in Thailand and Middle East.  Marcus, from the travel agency, however, besides spending a lot of time with me and being a delightful personality, really got our style of travel more than any other agent we have ever used, including those recommended and used by friends for other trips. His suggestions regarding activities, areas of Turkey to stay( for instance the towns and lodging where he put us on the coast were perfect  for us (not  the big Bodrum hotels)-smaller scale, full of character and beautiful. His person on the ground was always accessible, charming personality. We were always on his radar. We were secure that any glitch would be  handled and felt well taken care of, for instance, gullet cruise day was changed to take advantage of optimal weather. We will be recommending him to anyone who is considering a trip to Turkey.

This was an amazing experience!  Everything was perfectly planned and we felt totally cared for throughout the trip!  From the moment we were picked up at the airport, the travel agency had us covered.  They had arranged beautiful hotels, booked all the activities we had discussed, and arranged for an amazing driver, who kept us informed and entertained throughout our time together.  He was always on time, smiling, and ready to take us wherever we needed or wanted to go.  He connected us with our tour guides and was available on WhatsApp, promptly responding whenever we had a question.  There was always cold water in the car, and he always made sure we were checked in and all set with whatever activities we were doing before leaving us each day.  There were NO issues at all with reservations or arrangements and everything went smoothly, allowing us to enjoy every minute of our vacation.

Overall the travel agency arranged an amazing and unforgettable tour for us in Israel.  LeeAnn is extremely organized, positive, and knowledgeable about Israel.  She was able to propose an amazing itinerary and worked with us on edits until it was perfect.  During the tour itself she was very hands on and reached out to us frequently to ensure everything was running smoothly.  There were so minor scheduling issues (as can be expected on a 9 day tour), but she was very hands on and proactive at fixing.  I would highly recommend this travel company and look forward to working with them again.

A note of gratitude to all of the staff at the travel agency and especially to Mahmoud and the team for facilitating/guiding such a successful trip to Egypt! As a woman traveling alone, I began planning with some trepidation, but Mahmoud set my mind at ease and individualized a tour package to fit my needs. Literally, each logistic of the trip was taken care of for me. I was left to listen, learn, eat and absorb this beautiful culture. My drivers (sorry if I left anybody out) effortlessly navigated travel patterns that seemed to be organized chaos which left me feeling at ease. My guides were fonts of knowledge. I learned about Egyptian life past and present, got to witness some of the most beautiful temples, tombs and artifacts, sail the Nile and all the while meeting local artisans as they were producing exquisite creations in real time. Their warmth was radiant and talents abundant. I would wholeheartedly recommend the team at the travel agency and have no hesitation to book with them in the future!

I was connected to the travel agency through Zicasso.   We've done Europe several times without using a travel agency, no problem, but Egypt is a place even the most travel savvy American will want some guidance.  I connected with Amr for help to plan a guided tour for 5 adults for 5 days.  Unfortunately we had the limited 5 days in Egypt due to it being the last stop add-on country after touring elsewhere for several weeks.   Although Amr highly recommended we needed more time there, he kindly worked within our short timeframe and budget to see some of the best sites in Egypt.  Everything was outstanding!! We had constant great in-county assistance, phenomenal Egyptologist tour guides (one of them was the best and highly respected everywhere we went), good van drivers, excellent hotels (both right on the Nile with amazing views),  perfect unique restaurants (one overlooking the Great Pyramids), and all of the famous tombs, pyramids, mummies, museums, temples, mosques, etc. in Cairo and Luxor.   I truly recommend this travel company! I can't stress that enough.  We were so impressed and felt like we were treated like royalty from arrival to departure in Egypt.  Just a few suggestions for travelers or the trip planners - 1. Get change for plenty of small Egyptian pounds.  Tipping is expected EVERYWHERE (bathrooms, guards in the tombs, basically after every service, where it is not typically expected in the USA).  It can be very annoying.  Follow the tipping guide provided by the agency to tip your personal numerous assistants, guides, drivers, etc.  I did not mind tipping our own team, they earned it.  2.  Ask the guide to "call off" all of the pushy vendors at the gift shops.  They can be very persistent and will hang with you for a distance as you walk by.   3.  Unless you just really want the sales pitch and demonstration, tell the guide you do not want to stop at the carpet school, the alabaster shop, Al-Fayad perfume shop, and papyrus store.  These were "surprise" stops that were not on the already packed itinerary.  Although interesting, you feel put on the spot and obligated to purchase.  We did purchase some items and probably paid way too much, but hey, hopefully we helped an Egyptian family.  Use this travel company if you travel to Egypt!
