Trip of a lifetime. Everything was planned meticulously. The itinerary was perfect, and the agent really listened to our preferences and requests when planning it. We were met at every destination, and every point of our trip promptly, tour guides were fantastic, and the hotels/resorts were superb. In addition, Kirsty was always readily available to answer our questions along the way. Could not say enough great things about Kirsty and her team.

A note of gratitude to all of the staff at the travel agency and especially to Mahmoud and the team for facilitating/guiding such a successful trip to Egypt! As a woman traveling alone, I began planning with some trepidation, but Mahmoud set my mind at ease and individualized a tour package to fit my needs. Literally, each logistic of the trip was taken care of for me. I was left to listen, learn, eat and absorb this beautiful culture. My drivers (sorry if I left anybody out) effortlessly navigated travel patterns that seemed to be organized chaos which left me feeling at ease. My guides were fonts of knowledge. I learned about Egyptian life past and present, got to witness some of the most beautiful temples, tombs and artifacts, sail the Nile and all the while meeting local artisans as they were producing exquisite creations in real time. Their warmth was radiant and talents abundant. I would wholeheartedly recommend the team at the travel agency and have no hesitation to book with them in the future!

We had a fantastic time exploring Israel with our guide from the travel agency, Nathan! We learned much about Israel's rich history, culture, and people. Our agent expertly planned our trip based on our requests and interests. Each day our itinerary included interesting and thoughtful sites and tours. We were surprised to find out that Nathan would be with us on each of our guided days since that had not been our experience on other trips. We are so glad that he was. It felt like we were traveling with an old friend who wanted us to have the best time and knew all the best places to take us to be sure that we did, Nathan is an excellent, knowledgeable driver and guide! He is a true Israelite, eager to share his love of Israel, its people, and its history with us. He did so in a warm and inviting manner while also giving us time to explore on our own. The travel agency helped to arrange each facet of our trip, including our arrival and departure from Isreal, which were notably efficient and greatly appreciated.

My husband and I decided to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary by a blow out trip to the Middle East -- something that has always been on our bucket list. It was my task to search online; reading reviews, put out posts on Facebook for recommendations, etc. Once I had a list of possible tour guides/companies I began to reach out. We found Melanie with Zicasso and began discussing our plans and what we wanted to achieve. For us, we wanted a customized trip that was private and flexible. For our anniversary we didn't want to be on a big fat bus full of strangers dragging us all over Israel/Jordan. Instead, Melanie found us private tours, private transfers, and customizable excursions and experiences that we specifically wanted -- PLUS recommended some things that we may be of interest to us. Once we began finalizing the trip, we actually got an app that kept up with all our excursions and daily itinerary. It also included documents that we needed to keep up with. This app was very thorough and I appreciated access to it even offline. There were things added to our trip (like private transfer from airport) that I wouldn't understand just how important until we needed them. Melanie was a pleasure to work with and really had an awesome attitude and certainly exceeded our expectations. We are already looking at next year's travel plans with Melanie/Zicasso. I've used travel agencies in the past, but never had this level of detailed planning and service. This trip made us feel VIP - from start to finish -- and you will be pleasantly surprised should you choose to use this travel service - and Melanie.

We had an excellent trip to Jordan. Hugh at the travel agency did a superb job with communication and getting everything set up. Everything was explained clearly from activities during the days to upgrades offered for hotel stays. Our guide in Jordan was excellent! He was always on time, always interested in what we wanted to do and would adjust the schedule if we wanted to stay somewhere longer or make a special stop for something (spices in downtown Amman in this instance). Transportation was comfortable and the excursions from Wadi Rum to Petra and the Dead Sea were fabulous. Jordan is a friendly and welcoming country. We'll definitely go back and be using Zicasso and Hugh at the travel agency again!

1000/1000 I would chose Melanie and Zicasso again! Our trip to Egypt and Jordan was unique, stunning, bespoke, epic, adventure, luxury, personalized, safe, well thought out, and simply amazing. From the first interviews (when we selected Melanie) to the "before" trip planning, to the in-country support, and even back home -- everything was flawless. If you don't want to stress out and want all the details taken care of so you can focus on the trip -- chose this company. We have traveled all over the world and nothing compares to this trip and their planning and execution. Every guide, every driver, every airport assistant, every tour, just everyone was incredible! My 8-day trip to Jordan was a memorable experience and the travel agency did a great job customizing the trip and catering to our specific needs. We only contacted the travel company 2 weeks prior to the trip, so time was tight, but the travel designer was very responsive and provided detailed information to help us prepare, saving us so much time. The trip itself was very fun too.

We had an amazing trip! Kirsty and the travel agency were a joy to work with, and made the entire process of planning what was a complicated trip seem effortless. From the very beginning, Kirsty listened to what our goals were, what limitations we had, and was able to create an incredible itinerary. Even when we had an unexpected life event and had to pivot our trip slightly, she took it in stride, and made the necessary changes without hesitation. Trying to visit three countries in one trip seemed ambitious, but with Kirsty's oversight, it happened! With the exception of the transfer from the Israeli border to the Jordan border, all of our transfers were seamless. The people that we interacted through the arrangements made by the travel company were wonderful. We did not have a single negative interaction with any of our drivers, guides, or aides at the transfer points. I would recommend this travel company to anyone.

Melanie was very prompt in her replies and provided answers to all our questions. Her suggested itinerary was much appreciated. Her local point person was also with us at every step.This is my second trip with Zicasso ( Morocco in 2016). I do appreciate your assistance in areas that I am nervous to plan on my own (language, safety and booking issues). A few suggestions and observations to help improve for the future. Regarding our guides. We are not your tourist that has a checklist to visit every place that is of interest. We read the history, politics, culture of the place we intend to visit - in great detail. Our guide in Israel was one of the best guides we ever had. He was intelligent and informative and respected the fact that we had a respectable knowledge of the area and the sites that we were going to see. On the other hand - our guide in Jordan, albeit a very kind and obliging person -was inadequate in his knowledge and expertise as a guide. He definitely needs some refresher training- I knew more about Jordan than he seemed to! I think he is used to big buses of tourists who just wander and take pictures. Dinners were to be on our own. I am very used to researching and booking dinners around the world. Melanie should have been proactive regarding this, especially due to Shabbat in Jerusalem and the limited information on Jordan available to the outside world. Once I had made some reservations on my own- Melanie did get back to me with reservations. I was very upset when the local tour company wanted to charge me for making dinner reservations!!! As a tour company - that should have been a given! Our guide in Israel was amazing - not only did he suggest places in Jerusalem (on a holiday) but also made phone calls for us (we cannot speak the language). Regarding Petra by Night- it was a total waste of time - but if the event changes it will be great. Our itinerary was great! We loved the camp in Wadi Rum.

We have just returned from our private trip to Egypt and Jordan, booked with this travel agency. I worked with Ahmed to plan the perfect trip. He had wonderful inside information and listened to and incorporated my own ideas as well. He was always very responsive to my questions and emails. Everything was meticulously planned and executed. We were whisked through airports and hotel checkins. Our guides were very personable and incredibly knowledgeable on thousands of years of history and were passionate about sharing their knowledge with us. We traveled in very nice vans or SUVs with very careful drivers. We always had plenty of bottled water on each of our adventures. On our last full day, in Jordan, I mentioned that I wished I had bought some dates. When our driver picked us up in the morning to take us to the airport, he gifted me a large box of dates! The people we spent our time with were incredible! Thank you to the travel company for our trip of a lifetime!
