All of our hotels were in fantastic locations, with excellent service. She was in communication with us every step of the way and helped adjust our schedule when needed.

Our travel specialist did an outstanding job planning our trip to Venice, Florence, and Rome. From our first conversation, she took the time to understand what we wanted to see and experience, and she built an itinerary around our interests. Every detail was thoughtfully coordinated, from our hotels and transfers to our excursions.
Before we even left, our travel specialist spent an hour on a video call walking us through every stop and answering all of our questions. We felt prepared and confident heading into our trip. She also provided easy-to-follow maps for each location and was available 24/7 whenever we had a question or concern.
The hotels she selected were clean and in prime locations, with easy access to the sights we wanted to visit. Our excursions were five-star experiences, and we especially appreciated the semi-private groups. They felt personal and allowed us to enjoy each place without being part of a huge tour group.

The trip was fantastic. The level of service was exactly as promised. I will use them again without hesitation. Everyone in the agency was friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable.

Zicasso's travel company was amazing. They took care of every detail, and every time we were expecting to see a driver at an airport or ferry, he was there waiting for us. All the tours began promptly. Everyone was on time and there were no snags. The company was incredibly responsive, too. Whenever we had a question, they immediately answered in the group chat. We couldn't have been happier with their service.

The drivers were great. Our driver was especially professional and caring and gave us tons of fantastic recommendations. The private tours were awesome and unexpectedly unique. We loved the cheese-making experience in Ragusa, the chocolate-making in Modica, and the wine tour near Noto.
Our hotels were all first class with huge rooms, comfy beds, big baths, and awesome breakfasts. I think we paid a bit more than we expected, but the results were everything we wanted.
The pacing was great, except we would have skipped Noto on the Sunday and slept in and just gone to the winery or stayed in beautiful Ortigia.
Our travel specialist is a great listener and planner. I would use her and the travel company again and recommend them to anyone.

The Trip of a Lifetime — 10/10 Would Recommend!
We just returned from a two-week trip to Rome, Florence, Athens, Santorini, and Naxos, and I truly cannot say enough amazing things about our experience with Zicasso’s tour operator! Everything was absolutely seamless from start to finish and this was truly the trip of a lifetime.
One of the biggest things that made this trip so special and stress-free was how organized everything was. Every time we arrived somewhere, whether it was an airport, train station, or ferry port, we had a private driver waiting with a sign with my name on it. We never had to worry about where to go, how to get somewhere, or figure things out in an unfamiliar country. Even when there were delays, our drivers were there waiting for us. Having private transfers arranged everywhere we needed to go made traveling between multiple cities and countries so much easier and more enjoyable.
Of course, we had a few little hiccups along the way, as you sometimes do when traveling for over two weeks, but the tour operator's team was always incredibly responsive and helpful. Knowing that someone was just a message away while being halfway around the world was so comforting and made such a difference in our overall experience.
I especially want to give a personal shout-out to our travel specialist, who has been absolutely amazing! Anytime we had a question or needed assistance, she responded so quickly and was always there to help. Her communication, attentiveness, and willingness to make sure everything went smoothly did not go unnoticed. She truly made us feel taken care of throughout the entire trip and I am so grateful for everything she did for us. The excursions were also amazing and I enjoyed every last one of them.
My only small piece of feedback would be to consider starting some of the excursions a little later, closer to 10 a.m., when possible. Since we were visiting multiple destinations, we sometimes had an 8 a.m. excursion followed by another early morning for a transfer to our next destination the following day. Over the course of two and a half weeks, those early mornings did get a little exhausting. That said, I completely understand that scheduling depends on the itinerary and logistics, and this is genuinely my only suggestion for improvement! I would do it all over again in a heartbeat if those were the only times available.
Overall, I would give this experience 20 out of five stars if I could! Every destination was incredible, the logistics were handled beautifully, and we were able to enjoy our trip without the stress of constantly figuring out transportation and travel arrangements ourselves.
I would absolutely use the tour operator for our next adventure and cannot recommend them enough. If you are considering booking through this company, do it!
