The hotels were comfortable and ideally located, and all transportation arrangements were seamless. She was also incredibly responsive, promptly answering our questions and quickly resolving the few minor issues that arose.

I booked this trip for my mom's 70th birthday last year and, almost a year later, we are still missing Italy! Everything was perfect! Every person showed up on time and was very knowleable, and the events our Zicasso tour operator planned were well worthwhile. She heard what we wanted to do and how we wanted to do it! I would use our tour company and Zicasso again. The wine tasting deep in the Amalifi hills, led by one of the owners, was very memorable, with his wife cooking a homemade lunch the icing on the cake.

Everything went as planned. All the details were handled well. The hotel choices were excellent. All the guides were very good. All the drivers were on time. Overall, a great experience.

The trip was well planned and curated to our specific requests, but Zicasso's travel company also made good suggestions during the planning process. When weather didn’t cooperate one day, they were responsive and there to help.

The trip was wonderful. Everything met or surpassed our expectations, but I do want you to be aware of the chocolate tour in Modica. We were led to believe we would have a tour of their chocolate factory, but this did not happen. Instead, they showed us the basic technique in their store with a fondue pot. This was not what we expected.
