Zicasso’s travel specialist did a wonderful job at listening to what we were looking for in our trip and the experiences we would like to incorporate. Her recommendations were spot-on! All of the tours, guides, cooking classes, and drivers were excellent. All details were taken care of and we had nothing to worry about but enjoying our vacation.

In all respects, a well-planned and well-executed trip to London and Rome. The guides were exceptional in knowledge, kindness, and sense of humor. The best restaurant recommendation was the one in London.

Overall, our trip went very smoothly, even with the couple of changes we made on the fly. The drivers and guides were always prompt and courteous. All in all, we loved Malta! We want to give special thanks to Zicasso's travel consultant, who was a great help to us in all of our planning.
The hotel was beautiful, with a great location. The general manager was superb, as were all the front-desk staff. The manager offered excellent restaurant suggestions and general assistance.
Our room was quite nice and spacious. One issue with it was that it was a separate room from the other guest rooms, with access through the restaurant. The proximity to the restaurant meant that late at night and early in the morning we could hear noises from the kitchen and restaurant (tables and chairs scaping on the floor). However, we did love the hotel overall and would highly recommend it.

We enjoyed the diverse landscapes and varying villages and cities we visited. Each area had its own personality and gave us a good educational and cultural experience. Zicasso’s travel company did a fabulous job with our accommodations in every location, as well as the wonderful meals and menus chosen for us, and the planned stops and activities on our route.

Words alone cannot explain how happy and appreciative I am with the quality of planning and the level of service we received from Zicasso’s travel agent. She knows Italy! She knew the best locations, providers, and excursions. Not once in 13 days did our group of five encounter a single issue. I can only attribute this to the travel agent's attention to detail and her appreciation for the people who are visiting her amazing country. Thank you for an amazing itinerary. When we decided to go to Italy, we wanted to avoid a group tour so we could see and do what we were interested in at our own pace. Zicasso connected us with our tour operator and we were impressed with their competence, knowledge, and personal touch. Throughout the process of deciding what to do in Italy, they provided valuable guidance and suggestions. Information was exchanged via email, Zoom, and phone calls, then everything was confirmed by email from the tour operator. Our agenda was detailed and easy to follow. We visited five cities and stayed at small and large hotels, some downtown, some rural.
We recommend using guides, as we did for a two- to three-hour walking tour, for places you visit. All our guides and the excursions the tour operator arranged were excellent. We could not have done these things with a group tour. All transportation in Italy was arranged for us and the drivers were professional, friendly, and prompt, so we had no problem getting places. The hotels we stayed at were screened by the tour operator, so they were exactly what we wanted. They included breakfast, which was excellent. All recommendations for places to eat worked out great for us and we enjoyed them immensely.
The tour operator is an expert in travel to Italy. The custom itinerary they provided made our trip very special for us and we enjoyed it beyond our expectations. We highly recommend using this tour operator for any trip to Italy.

It was an unforgettable experience. It was easily the best trip we have taken. Everything went smoothly and was well-paced. We really appreciated the feeling we had of being watched over daily. It was very reassuring.
