Accommodations, tours, reservations, and ground transportation all required changes; the tour operator handled these concerns with prompt attention, courtesy, and professionalism.
During initial planning, my needs were thoroughly considered and the tour operator made excellent recommendations as we built an exciting itinerary. The trip aligned perfectly with what we had told the Zicasso travel company we wanted to experience. Communication was prompt throughout; our questions were always answered quickly and the follow-up was thorough.
There were a couple of minor issues, including one technical glitch with their application not updating information, which caused a minor scheduling misstep, but throughout the entire trip, they were always available to help and quick to resolve the issues.
