The team at Zicasso’s tour operator extended an incredible amount of patience and willingness to flex with some very last-minute and unexpected obstacles to my travel. Accommodations, tours, reservations, and ground transportation all required changes; the tour operator handled these concerns with prompt attention, courtesy, and professionalism.
During initial planning, my needs were thoroughly considered and the tour operator made excellent recommendations as we built an exciting itinerary. From my arrival to Italy through my departure, the accommodations, companies, and vendors chosen by the tour operator all contributed to a true luxury experience.

Our travel went so smoothly, with A-plus drivers and guides! Zicasso’s travel agent was very helpful throughout the whole planning process, as well as keeping us up to date on our daily itinerary. It could not have been better!

Overall, our trip went very smoothly, even with the couple of changes we made on the fly. The drivers and guides were always prompt and courteous. All in all, we loved Malta! We want to give special thanks to Zicasso's travel consultant, who was a great help to us in all of our planning.
The hotel was beautiful, with a great location. The general manager was superb, as were all the front-desk staff. The manager offered excellent restaurant suggestions and general assistance.
Our room was quite nice and spacious. One issue with it was that it was a separate room from the other guest rooms, with access through the restaurant. The proximity to the restaurant meant that late at night and early in the morning we could hear noises from the kitchen and restaurant (tables and chairs scaping on the floor). However, we did love the hotel overall and would highly recommend it.

Zicasso's travel specialist and the travel company planned and guided us through our dream vacation to Greece and Italy. They thought of everything. All of our hotels were beautiful and in perfect locations. Our transportation from city to city was seamless. All of our tours and experiences were amazingly planned to fit exactly what we asked for. We had great local support in the cities we visited. We had the time of our lives!

It was seamless. All the arrangements went off as planned. If I had a concern about an activity, I had all the contact info I needed at my fingertips in the itinerary. I did need to get in touch with Zicasso's travel specialist urgently due to an oversight on my part. I heard from the people at the emergency number immediately and the travel specialist within five minutes. I was very pleased and impressed.

The trip was wonderful. Everything met or surpassed our expectations, but I do want you to be aware of the chocolate tour in Modica. We were led to believe we would have a tour of their chocolate factory, but this did not happen. Instead, they showed us the basic technique in their store with a fondue pot. This was not what we expected.

I am writing to thank Zicasso’s travel specialist and the travel company for organizing such an amazing trip to Italy. This was the "bucket-list" trip my sister and I have talked about since we were teenagers and, 40 years later, she made it happen exactly as we had dreamed.
What we appreciated most was how well the travel specialist listened to our ideas and transformed them into a travel plan that truly worked for us. While it is easy to have ideas about traveling to Italy, it takes an experienced professional to balance the logistics of time, sightseeing, and budget. She made our trip feel so personal that we felt like we were the only ones touring this beautiful country.

Zicasso’s travel agent built us an incredible itinerary for our honeymoon trip. We asked for a food-driven tour of Emilia-Romagna and Tuscany, and she delivered. Our trip was filled with unforgettable bites and views. We learned so much about cooking in those regions and can’t wait to experiment at home.
When one visit didn’t pan out as expected, the travel agent quickly pivoted and booked us another experience immediately, and we had a lovely time. She also got us a reservation at our dream restaurant and we can’t thank her enough.
