Zicasso's travel specialists did a great job. Every hotel recommended was great and beat our expectations. All transfers and drivers were on time, polite, and professional. One of our travel specialists was absolutely available to help with questions.

Our trip to Italy was very seamless and we owe so much of that to Zicasso's travel specialist. From the moment we started planning until we returned home, she exceeded every expectation.
She created a great itinerary that allowed us to experience the best of Rome, Tuscany, Florence, and the Amalfi Coast without ever feeling overwhelmed. Every hotel, private transfer, tour, and recommendation was thoughtfully planned and flawlessly coordinated, making the entire trip feel effortless. She clearly had great connections and picked the best for us.
What impressed us most was her accessibility. Every detail was carefully prepared, so we always knew exactly where we needed to be and what to expect. Even while we were traveling, she was just a message away and always responded quickly whenever we had a question or needed assistance. Many mornings, I would wake up to a message from her with details of the day. Knowing she was there gave us tremendous peace of mind and allowed us to simply relax and enjoy Italy.

The team at Zicasso’s tour operator extended an incredible amount of patience and willingness to flex with some very last-minute and unexpected obstacles to my travel. Accommodations, tours, reservations, and ground transportation all required changes; the tour operator handled these concerns with prompt attention, courtesy, and professionalism.
During initial planning, my needs were thoroughly considered and the tour operator made excellent recommendations as we built an exciting itinerary. From my arrival to Italy through my departure, the accommodations, companies, and vendors chosen by the tour operator all contributed to a true luxury experience.

The trip was wonderful. Everything met or surpassed our expectations, but I do want you to be aware of the chocolate tour in Modica. We were led to believe we would have a tour of their chocolate factory, but this did not happen. Instead, they showed us the basic technique in their store with a fondue pot. This was not what we expected.

Our experience with Zicasso and the travel company started off a little rocky, but it ultimately became everything we had hoped for. Upon arriving in Rome, everything flowed beautifully and the trip was exceptionally well organized.
The only real hiccup occurred when one of our drivers arrived late. I contacted our travel specialist, who responded promptly and professionally, which we greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the driver’s attitude afterward was disappointing. He suggested we should “Pretend you’re not going to be late,” and when he dropped us off, he casually said, “Good luck,” in a dismissive manner. Thankfully, this was the only negative experience during our journey.
Otherwise, every member of the team was professional, courteous, and attentive. A special thank you to everyone who coordinated the transportation throughout our trip. It was seamless and outstanding!
Our favorite hotel was our hotel in Rome, which truly delivered a genuine five-star luxury experience. The views at our hotel in Taormina were absolutely breathtaking; however, the hotel could benefit from improvements in staff communication, training, and operational procedures. In our opinion, it does not yet provide a five-star experience.
We would also like to give special recognition to the concierge at our hotel in Venice. He arranged an unforgettable private boat tour that made our day in Venice truly magical. His service was exceptional and deserves special mention.
Overall, we are grateful to the entire team for creating such a memorable journey. We would absolutely use Zicasso and the travel company again for our next adventure, and would confidently recommend them to others.
