Overall, our trip went very smoothly, even with the couple of changes we made on the fly. The drivers and guides were always prompt and courteous. All in all, we loved Malta! We want to give special thanks to Zicasso's travel consultant, who was a great help to us in all of our planning.
The hotel was beautiful, with a great location. The general manager was superb, as were all the front-desk staff. The manager offered excellent restaurant suggestions and general assistance.
Our room was quite nice and spacious. One issue with it was that it was a separate room from the other guest rooms, with access through the restaurant. The proximity to the restaurant meant that late at night and early in the morning we could hear noises from the kitchen and restaurant (tables and chairs scaping on the floor). However, we did love the hotel overall and would highly recommend it.

Everything was planned from beginning to end, with all of our wishes taken into consideration. As soon as we stepped off the plane, there was someone there to greet us. The activities planned were phenomenal. Everyone throughout the whole trip was so warm, kind, and friendly. I cannot say enough good things about our trip and I highly recommend Zicasso's travel company to everyone I speak with. Thank you all so much for making this trip so amazing for us.

The trip aligned perfectly with what we had told the Zicasso travel company we wanted to experience. Communication was prompt throughout; our questions were always answered quickly and the follow-up was thorough.
There were a couple of minor issues, including one technical glitch with their application not updating information, which caused a minor scheduling misstep, but throughout the entire trip, they were always available to help and quick to resolve the issues.

Zicasso's tour operator organized and planned a perfect trip for my family. We have two teenagers and the tour operator did an amazing job of recommending and booking hotels and activities that appealed to our entire family. The team remained in constant communication and checked in with us on a regular basis to make sure we had everything we needed.
Traveling can be stressful sometimes and they made the entire process seamless as we traveled to four cities within Italy and had no problems getting from one place to the next. The guided tours were well planned, with expert guides who were extremely informative and passionate about providing a rewarding experience for us.
I hope to return to Italy in the next few years and I plan to use this travel company.

The trip planning was flexible and Zicasso's travel company adapted to changes in our itinerary. We originally planned to go to the Amalfi Coast, but switched to Florence, and they did a very good job of accommodating our request.
The planning was well done. All tour tickets, transportation, and hotels were as described, and the concierge service was helpful.

The guides were very knowledgeable and helpful, and we enjoyed their local insights. The hotels were great, especially our villa at Lake Maggiore, which exceeded our expectations tremendously.
The schedule changes that were made at the last minute due to the bad weather were expertly handled.
All in all, it was a trip to remember and we hope to return to Italy soon. We would heartily recommend Zicasso and our travel agent, in particular, to anyone planning an Italian adventure.
