It was a wonderful trip for the three of us. Everything went smoothly, from the start to the end of the trip. Accommodations were as expected; boutique, culturally relevant, and centrally located. All service providers were knowledgeable, professional, fun, and great people.
It would've been great if the Alberobello tour was a bit longer; an hour felt quite rushed, even on the Segway. Also, the food tour at Polignano a Mare could've included more local specialties (e.g., burnt spaghetti, dessert) if the portions were smaller at each stop.

We had a terrific time in Italy! We are especially thankful for the seamless assistance while getting around! Every driver or guide was on time, looking out for us and guiding us on our way. They were all so personable and welcoming; they really added to our enjoyment of the trip.
Most significant was the excellent coordination of our arrangements; everything happened smoothly. It was so reassuring to have Zicasso's travel company to call on when we had questions or changes!

The guides were very knowledgeable and helpful, and we enjoyed their local insights. The hotels were great, especially our villa at Lake Maggiore, which exceeded our expectations tremendously.
The schedule changes that were made at the last minute due to the bad weather were expertly handled.
All in all, it was a trip to remember and we hope to return to Italy soon. We would heartily recommend Zicasso and our travel agent, in particular, to anyone planning an Italian adventure.

We had a beautiful trip. All the drivers arrived on schedule and were courteous and professional. The guides for our tours were wonderful, especially one guide, who we were lucky to have on three occasions.
The Parmesan and balsamic experiences were great! The cooking class in Bologna, conducted by a local chef, was entertaining and educational. Our accommodations, particularly in Modena, were lovely.
The only change to the itinerary I would suggest is separating the food tour in Bologna and the cooking class by a day. It was too much food!!

The team at Zicasso’s tour operator extended an incredible amount of patience and willingness to flex with some very last-minute and unexpected obstacles to my travel. Accommodations, tours, reservations, and ground transportation all required changes; the tour operator handled these concerns with prompt attention, courtesy, and professionalism.
During initial planning, my needs were thoroughly considered and the tour operator made excellent recommendations as we built an exciting itinerary. From my arrival to Italy through my departure, the accommodations, companies, and vendors chosen by the tour operator all contributed to a true luxury experience.

The trip planning was flexible and Zicasso's travel company adapted to changes in our itinerary. We originally planned to go to the Amalfi Coast, but switched to Florence, and they did a very good job of accommodating our request.
The planning was well done. All tour tickets, transportation, and hotels were as described, and the concierge service was helpful.
