We worked with this travel company to plan our trip to Italy and Greece, it was amazing! They covered all details for us - hotels, transportation, tours - and everything was great. Hotels were of the level we asked and in great locations. Our tours were a mix of private and small group, all tour guides were professional and very knowledgable. The contact person in Italy was very helpful during our trip when we had questions. The travel company was very helpful with advice and suggestions for trip planning.

Our agent Monica designed a custom 12 day Italy trip for us. We were able to visit Venice, Florence, Sorrento and Rome. She made sure all of our hotels, car / train transfers and tours were pre-booked with the highest of luxury and comfort in mind. We did not miss a thing! This trip is the experience of a lifetime and we can't wait to use her again. 10 days, 5+ Italian cities, 16 people…what could go wrong? Can you believe nothing did?Daniela at the travel agency developed an amazing itinerary for us. It was creative, authentic, efficient and balanced.Daniela created a final itinerary that was well-thought through, designed, organized and executed! Not only were my requests incorporated in the plan, Daniela also elaborated on my initial ideas and anticipated our needs. The result was a perfect trip that we felt was exactly what we wanted. She’s a pro!Our family group of 16 people included my parents in their 80s, my brothers and partners in our 50s, plus our 8 teens. We presented with a tall order - to visit Venice, Florence, Rome, Pompeii, Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast in 10 days while not feeling too rushed. We asked for authentic/historical and educational experiences (hotels, restaurants, tours and activities) that would accommodate our wide range of interests/abilities. We wanted to see just few major sights so that my parents would not get too hot or tired and the kids wouldn’t get too bored. We also requested fun and varied activities to keep our teens engaged. Our time was extremely well-managed; the itinerary was efficient. The unique, centrally-located hotels were well-chosen and air-conditioned. Also, our activities were balanced with much-needed downtime, which was often planned for mid-day during the peak of the heat…perfect! Daniela organized skip the line tours at Doge’s palace in Venice, David in Florence, Vatican, colosseum & Pompeii. Transportation by nice sprinter vans was always professional and on-time. We also liked using an app to access our daily itinerary. A team member, in customer service, arranged all of our dinner reservations. All of the restaurants were good, authentic & ready to receive us. For last minute issues and changes, She was quickly responsive in communication on What’s app.GRAZIE Daniela & team! 

The team at the travel agency did an excellent job planning and executing our Sicily trip. They planned a trip tailored to our interests, provided for seamless private transportation and private tour guides throughout. They were in communication with the guides, drivers, hotels throughout to make sure everything was going smoothly. 100% of the drivers/guides were on time.  The hotels were wonderful. The itinerary packet contained restaurant recommendations, activities to do and sights to see in each town. Cameron and her team tweaked our itinerary when we wanted to make an additional stop in Caltagirone. They made dinner reservations for us upon our request. I highly recommend this travel company for any Italy travel and will not hesitate to use them again.

I had never used Zicasso before and was skeptical about using an unknown, small travel agency.  Have no fear!  The travel company will take care of you.  Courtney was easy to work with and prompt to reply to questions.  She created an Italian adventure for my family that we will never forget.  She has children of her own that are similar ages to mine which helped with planning activities that the whole family would enjoy.  

Traveling to Italy has been our wish list for over 10 years and it was as amazing as we had imagined. Alex at the travel agency coordinated every detail perfectly and each guide, host, & driver that we had along the way, was just as professional. Their communication left no reason to doubt or worry about any details, they were always one step ahead. They made it so enjoyable to learn about their country and it's history. Our hotel selections were top notch, and in perfect locations. They all included breakfast, unmatched views of the area, and great service for whatever we needed. Thanks to everyone who made our trip a once in lifetime experience. 

We visited Italy in early July and it was the trip of a lifetime. We wanted to see as much as we could in two weeks and Michela planned a fantastic adventure for our family. We had so many fun excursions to experience: private guided tours in Venice, Florence and Rome; a truffle hunt and wine tasting in Tuscany; and a boat tour and pizza cooking course in the Amalfi Coast. Our accommodations were lovely, ranging from boutique hotels to former palazzos to a rustic farmhouse. Michela also arranged train tickets and private transfers, which made transit less stressful. One thing that was the most helpful was the travel itinerary Michela provided - it had an overall summary of our trip, a daily schedule on each page, and detailed notes about logistics. Michela also went above and beyond when we encountered some snafus during our trip. When we missed our connecting flight to Italy, she helped look for other available flights. When an excursion was canceled due to the weather, she tried to find us an alternative and started processing a refund right away. When there was a taxi strike in Rome, she advised us about different options to get to the train station. A lot of agents probably would not have answered their phone, but Michela was there for us and genuinely tried to help. She was always prompt and professional and we would highly recommend her to anyone.
