Trip of a lifetime. Everything was planned meticulously. The itinerary was perfect, and the agent really listened to our preferences and requests when planning it. We were met at every destination, and every point of our trip promptly, tour guides were fantastic, and the hotels/resorts were superb. In addition, Kirsty was always readily available to answer our questions along the way. Could not say enough great things about Kirsty and her team.

Overall the travel agency arranged an amazing and unforgettable tour for us in Israel.  LeeAnn is extremely organized, positive, and knowledgeable about Israel.  She was able to propose an amazing itinerary and worked with us on edits until it was perfect.  During the tour itself she was very hands on and reached out to us frequently to ensure everything was running smoothly.  There were so minor scheduling issues (as can be expected on a 9 day tour), but she was very hands on and proactive at fixing.  I would highly recommend this travel company and look forward to working with them again.

We had a fantastic time exploring Israel with our guide from the travel agency, Nathan!  We learned much about Israel's rich history, culture, and people. Our agent expertly planned our trip based on our requests and interests. Each day our itinerary included interesting and thoughtful sites and tours.   We were surprised to find out that Nathan would be with us on each of our guided days since that had not been our experience on other trips. We are so glad that he was.  It felt like we were traveling with an old friend who wanted us to have the best time and knew all the best places to take us to be sure that we did, Nathan is an excellent, knowledgeable driver and guide! He is a true Israelite, eager to share his love of Israel, its people, and its history with us.  He did so in a warm and inviting manner while also giving us time to explore on our own.  The travel agency helped to arrange each facet of our trip, including our arrival and departure from Isreal, which were notably efficient and greatly appreciated.

My husband and I decided to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary by a blow out trip to the Middle East -- something that has always been on our bucket list.  It was my task to search online; reading reviews, put out posts on Facebook for recommendations, etc.  Once I had a list of possible tour guides/companies I began to reach out.  We found Melanie with Zicasso and began discussing our plans and what we wanted to achieve.  For us, we wanted a customized trip that was private and flexible.  For our anniversary we didn't want to be on a big fat bus full of strangers dragging us all over Israel/Jordan.  Instead, Melanie found us private tours, private transfers, and customizable excursions and experiences that we specifically wanted -- PLUS recommended some things that we may be of interest to us.  Once we began finalizing the trip, we actually got an app that kept up with all our excursions and daily itinerary.  It also included documents that we needed to keep up with.  This app was very thorough and I appreciated access to it even offline.  There were things added to our trip (like private transfer from airport) that I wouldn't understand just how important until we needed them.  Melanie was a pleasure to work with and really had an awesome attitude and certainly exceeded our expectations.  We are already looking at next year's travel plans with Melanie/Zicasso.  I've used travel agencies in the past, but never had this level of detailed planning and service.  This trip made us feel VIP - from start to finish -- and you will be pleasantly surprised should you choose to use this travel service - and Melanie.

This was one of the single greatest experiences of our lives. David put together an itinerary of touring and accommodations that was nothing short of perfection. And he matched us with a guide who in my view knows more about the history of this magnificent country than Netanyahu. We dined like royalty at the various restaurants David booked for us - all said, this was the vacation of a lifetime. If you want a first class experience when you visit Israel (and you really should) you should let David plan your trip. You won’t be disappointed.

We loved our guide as well. He was friendly and knowledgable and made our journey with enjoyable and informative. He suggested and showed us interesting places that was on the way but not in our itinerary. As foodies, we enjoyed the local cuisine and our guide was an excellent food guide as well. We felt safe traveling with this agency and had one memorable trip to one of the most fascinating places in the world. I would strongly recommend LeeAnn and the travel company if you are planning to trip to Israel.

The travel agency did an excellent job planning and executing our trip. They proposed a great itinerary based on what we were looking for, and were very accommodating to adjust the itinerary based on our requests and very quick to respond to any questions we had. They also had amazing suggestions of activities to add that we hadn't originally considered, all of which ended up being fun and added so much to our trip. The convenience they provided during the trip was also great, arranging in advance for drivers to get us around, tour guides, tickets to activities, etc. Moreover, the tour guide who spent the week with us was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, friendly, informative, funny, and very engaging. He was also very flexible when we at times wanted to stay somewhere longer or had a lot of questions about a place we were visiting. Overall an excellent trip and we would absolutely use this travel company for our next trip to Israel.

TRIP OF A LIFE TIME WITH OUR TRAVEL AGENCY TO ISRAELThis is a first rate tour company.  LeeAnn and the team took care of everything from transfers, hotels, spa requests and tour.We were matched with an outstanding guide.  He made the trip one I won't ever forget.Because of him the tours were fascinating, informative and custom tailored to our culinary, cultural interests and physical stamina level.This was truly a trip of a lifetime. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------Hiking through Timna Park (one of the most beautiful National Parks in the World) with this great guide at the helm, made this a memorable experience.The icing was a show they booked in Eilat called the WOW Vegas show.This was a family friendly cirque de solie show done as a theatre production. The airlines had an unforseen delay which required us to stay overnight.The travel agency arranged all the additional transfers and hotel reservations.I think this must be one of the leading private tour companies in Israel.Personally would recommend using them if you want a grand experience in Israelnot cramped with 40 plus people and truly want to enjoy the sights and sounds of Israel.

Our family of 3 just returned from a fabulous private tour of Israel planned by LeeAnn at the tour agency. From the initial conversation we had with LeeAnn to discuss our wants and needs for our trip we knew this was the right company for us. We loved the fact that they were based in Israel and could plan our trip within a short time frame (8 weeks). She listened to our interests and made recommendations for our itinerary based on them. We then worked together and perfected the perfect 11-day itinerary for our family. Our guide, who LeeAnn contracted was superb. He not only hit everything on our itinerary, he showed us so much more! We couldn’t have asked for a better guide and we’re all in tears when we had to say goodbye.The tour agency from start to finish was just what we needed for the perfect trip to Israel. Thank you LeeAnn for a trip that we will never forget!

Melanie was very prompt in her replies and provided answers to all our questions. Her suggested itinerary was much appreciated. Her local point person was also with us at every step.This is my second trip with Zicasso ( Morocco in 2016). I do appreciate your assistance in areas that I am nervous to plan on my own (language, safety and booking issues). A few suggestions and observations to help improve for the future. Regarding our guides.  We are not your tourist that has a checklist to visit every place that is of interest.  We read the history, politics, culture of the place we intend to visit - in great detail.  Our guide in Israel was one of the best guides we ever had. He was intelligent and informative and respected the fact that we had a respectable knowledge of the area and the sites that we were going to see. On the other hand - our guide in Jordan, albeit a very kind and obliging person -was inadequate in his knowledge and expertise as a guide. He definitely needs some refresher training- I knew more about Jordan than he seemed to! I think he is used to big buses of tourists who just wander and take pictures.  Dinners were to be on our own. I am very used to researching and booking dinners around the world. Melanie should have been proactive regarding this, especially due to Shabbat in Jerusalem and the limited information on Jordan available to the outside world.  Once I had made some reservations on my own- Melanie did get back to me with reservations. I was very upset when the local tour company wanted to charge me for making dinner reservations!!! As a tour company - that should have been a given! Our guide in Israel was amazing - not only did he suggest places in Jerusalem (on a holiday) but also made phone calls for us (we cannot speak the language). Regarding Petra by Night- it was a total waste of time - but if the event changes it will be great.  Our itinerary was great! We loved the camp in Wadi Rum.
