The trip was wonderful and the support from the travel agency was unstinting. From the first day they were quickly responsive and continually exceeded our expectations. We had no hiccups along the way so we didn't need to call on them during the trip, but I am confident they would have sorted any issue that arose. Their reputation was reinforced by our guide in Bath, who said they were a great company to work with, and emphasized that anybody who "picked up the phone" would provide the high level of service that we'd experienced.

The travel agency did an absolutely amazing job putting together the trip of a lifetime for us! We are Americans and I had very specific requests - get married in a particular ruined castle in the middle of nowhere, stay in a few castles around Scotland that I had selected, and ride horses in the Highlands. Chris put together the things I had requested plus a few suggestions that tied everything together, and the team did the work of making it all happen. Communication was excellent all the way through the process, and we couldn't be happier with our choice.

Claire and her team from the travel agency provided us with the most fabulous vacation touring southern Ireland! We spent two weeks at a leisurely pace exploring much of the attractions, atmosphere and culture of Dublin, Cork, Kinsale, Killarney, the Dingle Peninsula, ring of Kerry, Cliffs of Moher, the Burren, Galway, the Atlantic way, and Connemara! The cities were engaging, and the countryside was so beautiful. Many thanks to Claire and her team as all of our hotels and accommodations, along with our restaurant recommendations, we’re all perfect and we enjoyed everyone of our experiences! We were especially fortunate to have our driver and guide whom we would highly recommend to anyone seeking an individualized experience and he introduced us to Hurling and Gaelic football… So much fun to watch!

Paula is wonderful. I made plans somewhat late for our family to travel through Ireland. Nevertheless, she managed to provide us with top of the line hotels and activities. She knows exactly where to stay and what to do in each town and city. She was incredibly patient with many changes I had to make throughout the planning stage. It all worked out perfectly and we had the time of our lives. I can’t wait to use her again on my next trip there!

It was a pleasure working with this travel agency to plan our vacation to England. During the planning process, I appreciated their input and advice on which places and experiences to include on our itinerary. My husband and I are rather particular about how we travel and they made sure to accommodate our wishes to put together an ideal fast-paced trip so we could see and experience the most on our journey.

We've used many travel consultants/agents. Bernard and Lana helped us put together our most recent trip, three+ weeks in Europe with our granddaughter. They're among the best with whom we've worked. They were responsive to our stated wishes, had good ideas, and accepted and implemented our numerous changes before and during the trip. Most important, the logistics they arranged worked--their were no missed connections, no local guides or driver no-shows. The local guides the Steiners arranged were top drawer, with excellent English and congenial personalities. We'd definitely use the Steiners again.

We very much enjoyed working with the travel agency. They fully understood our needs and provided us with a fantastic itinerary that worked well for our family. It was a very special trip that we will cherish. I only wish we had more days to spend in London and Scotland! During our trip, they were easily accessible and quickly answered any questions that arose. I would highly recommend them and would use them for future travel needs.

Our family of 4 worked with Julie at the travel agency to create a 10 day itinerary with 2-4 days in each of London, Killarney, Galway, and Dublin. Overall the trip was fantastic, and really showed Julie and the travel agency knew the areas well. Our overall itinerary had a really nice flow including a mix of city touring as well as getting out into nature which was exactly what we wanted, with lots of variety day to day. The hotels were excellent and met exactly what we were looking for, in particular being close walking distance to the heart of each city. And the drivers, tour guides, and activities were all top notch and delivered incredible experiences and lots of memories. The planning process to create the trip with Julie was top notch as well. Julie took the time to really listen to what we wanted and our family's preferences at the start, was quick to respond and easy to communicate with all throughout the planning, put together a really solid initial proposal solving for what we'd asked, and then was easy to work with as we provided feedback or she had proactive suggestions to really tune the final details.Overall highly recommended and would absolutely use this travel company again!

Our family of four traveled to Ireland for 7 days following an itinerary Claire created for us. Right from our first inquiry in Zicasso, Claire was the most responsive of the agents we connected to. She incorporated our feedback from the initial interview into the itinerary, and continued to refine it till we were satisfied. All the arrangements were made thoughtfully, and you could tell they were made by someone who knew the place like a local. Airport transfers, hotels, guides, dining recommendations - all of it was executed without a hitch. We arrived in Shannon (highly recommend fly in/out of Shannon over Dublin), spent 2 days in Galway visiting sights in and around County Galway, traveled on to Tralee and Killarney before making our way to Dublin for the last leg of our trip. Our guide/driver, was amazingly well informed. Conversing with him on the longer drives was just as much fun as the beautiful Irish landscape. He made our trip extra special with his warmth and flexibility as we adjusted our plans real-time.Overall, we were very pleased to have worked with Claire and her team for an incredible experience in Ireland.

If you’re reading this and considering a truly luxury Ireland vacation then please stop and look no farther. I have used many travel agents for domestic travel, cruises and tours and nobody can compare to Claire. Claire with the travel agency is a true Ireland native with a wealth of knowledge and compassion when it comes to planning the perfect Ireland trip. My expectations were far exceeded. Claire listened carefully to my wishes and made our trip as smooth as possible. From a very generous welcome gift, luxury vehicles, luxury hotels, to extremely knowledgeable drivers, she did not miss a beat. Consistent effortless communication via email and phone kept my mind at ease.If you’ve gotten this far, thank you for reading. I just want to touch a little bit on our itinerary. I did not provide any input other than “we want to see it all but steer clear of the tourist traps.” Once again Claire did not disappoint! We are an adventurous couple who loves being outdoors. We participated in hiking, boating, self guided tours, guided tours, and stayed in the heart of each town where we were able to walk anywhere our heart desired for food, shopping and just plain sight seeing.
In conclusion, I apologize for rambling, but I just cannot say enough great things about Claire and the travel agency. Book the trip! You will NOT be disappointed.

We are home safely after our wonderfully extraordinary trip to Ireland. We wanted to thank you for helping us to organize this trip. You made some wonderful suggestions for us that worked out perfectly. For example:
Jeff and Dave thoroughly enjoyed their golf experience at Enniscrone and especially enjoyed the caddy experience. They talked about it the rest of the trip and would love to return to Ireland for more golfing experiences in the future. We’ll reach out if they decide to do that! Our driver was exceptional. He did some research on our family heritage that I provided him, and he took the time to drive us around those areas. He was insightful and knowledgeable about all things Ireland which really enhanced our experience. When we rode our electric bikes in Dingle, he drove ahead of us and met us a check points along the way to make sure we were doing well and provided us with water was we went. He even took pictures and videos of us. He went above and beyond, and the trip would not have been the same without him.The hotel in Dingle was so special. The breakfasts there were the best of the trip. Our guide was very welcoming and thoughtful. While there, we celebrated what would have been our Dad’s 102nd birthday. We toasted him with wine and He took our picture and then very sweetly left a note and a lit candle in my room to acknowledge our Dad’s special day. That was such a sweet touch. Dingle was everything we hoped for and can see why that is a favorite location for travelers. We enjoyed traditional Irish music in LaHinch and Dingle and got to see Irish dancing in both places as well. We all enjoyed the music. We were so surprised to arrive at the Davenport to a personal note from you, along with the bottle of bubbly and chocolates. That was such a sweet and unexpected touch. The chocolates were so good that we decided to buy some as gifts for family members at home. The private tour of Dublin with Conor was very enlightening, and it was such a special treat that he provided us with a link to enjoy our route and pictures from the tour. This tour really helped us to familiarize ourselves with Dublin in a way that made navigating the city so much easier on Saturday. We were so surprised to find the tour at Guinness to be a Connoisseur Tour. That was such a great way to top off our last day after we had walked about 9 miles. We arrived home safely last night and as we like to say: “We are not in Dingle anymore!”. You truly helped us to have a wonderful trip and we thank you for everything!
