This travel company made our trip to Greece spectacular!Maria worked with me personally to tailor this excursion specifically to me and my husband. The itenerary she prepared was detailed, easy to follow, and included everything we wanted. On our trip we had a PRIVATE tour of Athens with a very knowledgeable guide, PROFESSIONAL photoshoot in Mykonos with a fun and awarded photographer, and CERTIFIED bungee jumping experience in Crete at the Aradena gorge with an experienced organization. We also had plenty of time for leisure - eating, shopping, beaching, etc.Maria arranged all of our transportation to/from each location and activity in Greece. Our drivers made us comfortable, were always on time, knowledgeable, and courteous.For our stays she provided great insight on which places best aligned with our taste so that we would be most comfortable, then she also took care of booking all of them. We were warmly welcomed at each hotel by the staff because Maria briefed them on our arrival, so it felt like everyone already knew who we were. I truly appreciate the time and effort Maria took to organize our honeymoon. She was thoughtful and respectful of our budget during the planning phase. She maintained clear and frequent contact with us prior to our arrival and during our entire stay. In our communication she made sure to include a colleague to ensure someone would be available for any questions or concerns we may have. Maria met with us after we arrived to welcome us and provide a briefing on our vacation. She was thoughtful and gifted us some necessities since the airline my husband and I booked lost our luggage. In addition to the work Maria did to organize the trip, she was so helpful by additionally providing descriptive suggestions for food and other activities.This was a stress free and delightful experience, and I would certainly use this travel agency with Maria again for another trip to Greece in the future. 11/10 HIGHLY recommend. 

Nefeli at the travel agency did an amazing job organizing and supporting our 10 day trip to Greece. The hotels were first rate and all of the connections were handled for us. When we asked for a restaurant suggestion she suggested and booked the reservation for us. The selections were the best. Our personalized tours were informative and perfect in every way. We would love to come back to Greece again and will use Nefeli again for sure. 

Irene and her team were fantastic and I'd use them again and recommend them to others.  Irene and two of her colleagues actually met us at the airport, provided us with updates, gave us a phone to use to not only call if we had any questions (which we did once and she did answer on the first try) and with a real-time update to our schedule.  For example, one of our ferry trips was delayed by 45 minutes and we were updated so that we could stay on a tour a bit longer.  The trip had everything as promised.  The travel agency surprised us with some outstanding accomodations, one being a villa in Santorini which was a highlight for our family.  Also, they included a number of dinners in our package and we always had one of the best tables in the house with terrific and enormous amounts of food.

Bulent set up an excellent trip for our group to cover the major sites in Turkey. His choice of the guides he used were excellent for the sites. Our guide has a fantastic knowledge of ancient history of Pergamum, Ephesus, Aphrodisias, Pamukkale and Antalya. Another guide took over at Cappadocia and was also amazing with his in depth knowledge of all the sites and deep history of the happenings in this surreal area of Turkey. All our hotels were top quality and each having their unique charm that let us relax after very busy days of site seeing. Bulent took care of all our bookings and even sent us our boarding passes for our flights so we didn't have to bother. We missed the hot air balloons due to weather but Bulent bought our dinner wine as a nice gesture.  We will use him again when we return to see the sites we missed.   

I cannot speak highly enough about this travel company. Not one single thing was missed. Every taxi, tour, etc., was on time. The personnel were all professional, very nice and knowledgeable. The hotels were perfect. There was always someone available to answer any questions we had and they would contact us immediately. I would recommend Zicasso and this travel company highly. Additionally, Eleni was an absolute pleasure to work with and made me feel very comfortable, especially as this was an unknown group for me to work with. My thanks to everyone. Anna 

When considering a first-time trip to Greece, we thought a cruise would be the easiest option. After speaking with my daughter and niece who accompanied me on this trip, we decided to truly immerse ourselves in the Greek culture, history, food and people, a trip planned by a travel agency would work best for us.  Wow, was this ever the best decision! From our very first communication with Anthia from the travel agency, she sent us the perfect itinerary in which we didn't change one thing. The most "difficult" decisions we had to make for Anthia was which amazing hotels we'd be staying at while visiting Athens, Naxos, Santorini and Crete. Once we got closer to the trip, I started working with Silia.  I can not say enough kind words regarding Anthia and Silia.  With both of them, they were always prompt with responses whether through the Zicasso website or over the phone. I casually mentioned to Silia on one of these calls that I have arthritic knees but am still very mobile.  Later that day, Silia contacted me that with my approval, she could have our room changed while in Santorini so that I had less steps to climb. While in Greece, Silia personally came and visited us in Athens and was in constant contact with us when visiting the Islands.  It is this above and beyond excellent service that I truly appreciated. I've only been home from this incredible trip less than two days but I am already thinking about my next trip to Greece. I truly fell in love with this country and am so thankful to the travel company for their introduction to their amazing country and would absolutely use their services again.

We booked our babymoon to Greece through this travel company. Eric and the team helped us put together a perfect trip that allowed me (at 7months pregnant) to remain comfortable and cool while still getting to explore the beauty and culture of Greece!We chose this company as our agent mostly because of Eric's great taste in amenities. Our itinerary crafted a perfect blend of trendy/boutique hotels on the islands and a grand historic hotel in the heart of Athens. Everything was convenient and screamed luxury!A member of the team was our main contact once we arrived. He was friendly, welcoming and had great recommendations for how we could use our time wisely at each destination. He was very knowledgeable of each location and was completely honest when it came to ideas or experiences he just didnt think we'd enjoy (which we really appreciated!)  He connected with us and every driver to ensure our transports were successful. He even helped us snag a luxury cabana at one of the popular beach clubs! We were very comfortable and relaxed on our trip and would use their services again in a heartbeat! 

Overall, we had a great time exploring Greece (Athens & Santorini). This travel company provided us with a stress-free experience. All of our transfers and reservations were on time. Our transportation was provided in high-end and comfortable vehicles, and our accommodation were clean, comfortable, and provided stunning views.
