We thought the trip went well. We designed trip with a very ambitious schedule to cover most of Croatia in 10 nights.  Drivers were always prompt and made the travel much easier.  The guides were all on time and well versed in the historical aspects of each city.  I also thought the hotels choices were well suited for what we wanted.  Ivana communicated quickly when the weather cancelled a portion of our trip's agenda.  

I am literally going to take half my day today writing STELLAR reviews of the every company, accommodation, and person we met throughout our experience after booking with this travel company. I would give this experience 10 stars, if I could!Firstly, we completed the Zicasso form on a Sunday late afternoon, and by Monday morning at 8am, I had an email and gorgeous itinerary in my email inbox. Additionally, even more incredible, I received a call from Andrea at the same time inquiring about my interests so that she could craft the perfect vacation. I was already impressed before I even took the trip! (We returned from a 8 day/7 night trip yesterday).My husband and I booked a honeymoon to Croatia, basically on the recommendation of a few friends and what we saw online through the photos. We had no idea what to expect, outside of the amazing itinerary and beautiful accommodations we were given. I’m utterly speechless. It was PHENOMENAL. We obviously knew the rough itinerary, but it was fulfilled and executed 100x over.Our guide in Dubrovnik, Winery tour, our guide in Split…they were not only exceedingly educational, but very sincere, sweet, gracious, humble people.We even plan to stay in touch with the majority of the staff and locals we met along the way. We want to continue to work with this travel company next year when we plan to return! Accommodations were all wonderful, but the staff and experience in the hotel in Split was indescribable. Really above and beyond. Attention to detail and hospitality was second to none.We felt totally spoiled the entire time! It was not only the honeymoon of my dreams, but a trip of A LIFETIME.Will recommend Zicasso to anyone traveling internationally and this travel company for anyone planning on going to Croatia! We fell in love with this country and cannot wait to return! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! 

My husband and I selected Croatia as a trip without knowing much about the country. Ivana at the travel agency was a dream to work with throughout the process. She asked good questions about our number of night, interests, and budget and provided a sample itinerary. She was resourceful and provided quick and detailed responses to questions as the arose in the planning process. We had a flight issue close to our departure date and was wonderful in coming up with an alternative solution. Absolutely everything was seamless when we arrived. From the black car pick up, to the unique truffle hunt or oyster farm experiences, private tour guide who spoke amazing English, and hand picked hotels we felt taken care of at every step. Highly recommend!!

I don't know where to begin. As soon as we started planning our family vacation for 11 people, ages 8 - 75, Ciaran from the travel agency was there to answer any questions, re-write the itinerary (several times!), and guide us on what steps to take next. The guest page was extremely helpful; we could refer to it when we wanted to add excursions, make a payment, or see our itinerary.  Our local contacts could not have been more accommodating, kind, and helpful. They went well above our expectations. They called us when we were scheduled to arrive at our destinations to ensure our transportation went well and everything was as expected. If I had a question, I emailed or called and heard back within minutes (even on the weekend). Both were very knowledgeable about their areas of expertise and answer our questions with great detail. From the transfers to the hotels to the destinations to the excursions, we could not have asked for more. Everything was top-notch, first-class, and better than we could ever have imagined. 

After looking through multiple travel and tour companies for a private trip, we picked this travel company. From the very start, Natasa responded to each and every email and question that we threw at her. We packed in a lot of excursions and activities as we wanted to experience as much as we could while visiting. The follow-through and attention to detail was apparent from the start and we immediately felt terrific with our choice. From the very start of our travels, right through to the last minutes of our vacation, Natasa was checking in with us. She was quick to respond to a few questions that we had along the way. We stayed in 3 locations while visiting and had multiple excursions planned. With each and every event, the travek agency was there to guide us with transportation, along with friendly, knowledgeable, fun and passionate guides. I can’t say enough about the planning that went into our trip and the level of service we received. To our surprise and delight, Natasa even made it a point to meet up with us just before we left for the airport to head home. Our trip was made that much more special by the personal touches and outstanding service along the way. We would highly recommend this travel agency to visit this beautiful, vibrant country. One word describes our trip to Croatia: PERFECT! All thanks to Jennifer from the travel agency.  From the planning stage to our arrival in Zagreb and departure from Dubrovnik, Jennifer was there for us.  Even with a 9 hour time difference her replies to our questions were prompt.  It was like having our own personal concierge every step of the way.  We loved everything she planned for us.  And she did so much "extra" too, beyond the already special tours/excursions.  For example, she let us know about the UEFA Nations League final (Spain vs. Croatia) and the celebration/watch party near our hotel, the World Music Day events near us, and even provided a cake at our hotel remembering my son's birthday.
