The trip was very precise to our needs and what we were looking for as an experience. All the drivers, guides, and hotel staff were professional, courteous, and helpful. We had a great time due to all the attention we received and communication with Zicasso's travel company was excellent.

This was our first trip using Zicasso, so we were not sure what to expect. But our trip to Italy that was set up with the help of our travel company was terrific! We had a fabulous time and would certainly use the company again if we have the chance.

Our agent was extremely responsive and helpful before and during the trip. This helped relieve any stress we may have had, since we were not familiar with the places we were traveling to. And the recommended/selected vendors for transfers, tours, etc., met our needs very well.

The Zicasso travel company worked extensively with us during the planning phase to choose an itinerary and locations that were outstanding. We provided the high-level objectives and they created a thoughtful and comprehensive plan. 

Hotel accommodations were wonderful and varied, in great locations, with accessibility to restaurants and sites. Hotels were unique and charming, boutique style, located centrally, which was a perfect fit for us. 

The local guides were top-notch, with deep knowledge and adaptability to fit our particular interests.  

Our 30-day, three-country trip was a huge success. We could have never pulled this together on our own.
