Tuscany and Cinque Terre Itineraries & Tours

This was our first trip using Zicasso, so we were not sure what to expect. But our trip to Italy that was set up with the help of our travel company was terrific! We had a fabulous time and would certainly use the company again if we have the chance.

Our agent was extremely responsive and helpful before and during the trip. This helped relieve any stress we may have had, since we were not familiar with the places we were traveling to. And the recommended/selected vendors for transfers, tours, etc., met our needs very well.

We had the vacation of a lifetime visiting Italy and Greece! Zicasso's tour operator and his team did an incredible job. We had excellent accommodations and wonderful private tours with experienced and friendly guides, and the service by his team was top-notch!

Our 30th-anniversary trip was absolutely perfect! Zicasso's tour company thought of every detail. We hardly had to lift or move our luggage because they had drivers ready and waiting for us at every turn. We never had to worry about where to go or how to find our guides, etc. Everything was well planned out for us and the information in the full itinerary they provided had the perfect level of detail. 

While some of the guides they lined up were better than others, we learned so much from all of them. The excursions they planned were wonderful and provided enough downtime in between for us to be able to experience each city. 

Our advice to anyone using this tour company would be to really think through exactly what you want to get out of your trip, how much you want to do on your own vs. have them plan for you. This includes car services to and from the hotel, train stations, airport, tours, etc. For example, we absolutely needed the drivers to/from our hotels and trains because this was our first trip to Europe. We had no clue at first where to go. The drivers not only helped with our luggage, but they also helped answer questions and give recommendations, etc. 

For tours, be sure to specify if you want them to be private, small group, etc. They will listen and provide great suggestions, just be sure to review and think through each option to be sure you get exactly what you have in mind. 

We would use this travel company again if/when we get to go back to Italy! Great communication, great connections locally in each of the towns, and great support throughout our trip! Highly recommended!
