This was a memorable trip! The Zicasso travel company's planning was detailed and met our every need. The lodging and dining recommendations, tours and guides, and drivers provided by the travel company were top-notch. Given we did not need to contact the travel company regarding any issues or with questions during the entire trip is evidence that they performed proactively and admirably. We would be happy to provide a reference if one is needed by other travelers considering such a trip.

Overall, the trip was great. We loved the Amalfi Coast trip with our driver and our guide. Our guide was great. I highly recommend her! The boat ride to Capri was in just the right-sized boat, with 12 people. We liked our hotel location, which was right by the town. But note that a third of the hotel was closed, so the dining area is now just a small alley on the side of the hotel. We loved the proximity to the beach area.

Zicasso's tour company created an amazing itinerary. They were extremely responsive to our needs. They created an amazing first draft to work from. We then worked with our travel consultant to refine our itinerary. She was absolutely awesome. She responded quickly to all our questions and changes. Our final itinerary was amazing and so detailed that we had no problems following it. She even helped us make last-minute changes due to weather conditions in one city, allowing us to see the Matterhorn.
