Zicasso's travel specialist planned a great trip. All of the guides were great and we loved the small boutique hotels she placed us in. While we were in Sicily, they were very responsive to our needs. I would highly recommend her and her agency to plan your Italy/Sicily trip.

We had an excellent experience; it couldn't have gone better.
We loved working with the entire team from Zicasso's tour company. They were exceptional at being ready for any on-the-fly questions and changes. Communication is key, and they are very good at it.
All of our excursions were excellent and the drivers were prompt and courteous.
Will definitely use them again if going to Italy.

This was such a great trip. We visited a number of locations all over Sicily and Italy. We did not encounter any issues during our 18-day trip. I would recommend our Zicasso agent over and over again! She is simply amazing!

We had a fabulous Sicily trip!
We had an amazing trip itinerary put together by Zicasso's trip planner. She listened to our requests and added places we didn’t know about.
The private drivers were always on schedule and all our tour guides were personable, knowledgeable, and passionate about their jobs. 5+ stars to our drivers and tour guides.
The accommodations provided were in excellent locations to shops and restaurants.
We didn’t have to worry about anything other than having an amazing time!

We were more than pleased with our experience with Zicasso's travel company. From start to finish, our agent and her staff were fabulous and very responsive whenever I needed something or had a question. The tours they planned were just perfect. All of the guides and drivers were amazing and knowledgeable. We had some outstanding hotels throughout our stay in Italy. I highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again.
