I would give Zicasso's travel agency 10 stars if I could! Our travel specialist was fantastic. I connected with her through Zicasso and we had a conversation about what I had in mind for my trip to Greece. She made excellent suggestions, I did a little research on my own, then ended up following all her suggestions, and I'm so glad I did. She was very knowledgeable about Greece and helpful to me in creating the kind of trip I was looking for.

We stayed on the island of Naxos. The hotel was very nice. The excursions our specialist booked for us (a food tour of the island and an all-day boat tour) were just right. The transportation she arranged for us was great. And best of all, she was easily accessible via messaging and always helpful when I had a question or needed guidance or reassurance on any part of the trip.

I loved that she also followed up after our tours and checked in periodically to make sure everything was going well. I really appreciated knowing that I had someone I could reach out to if needed. I highly recommend our great travel agent and really appreciate how she made our trip to Greece go so smoothly.

Zicasso's travel agent was an awesome partner to work with for our group. We had 12 people traveling from five US states. She listened to our goals and interests, and designed a great trip.

We had experiences that included a catamaran cruise with a wonderful crew who made a delicious lunch, a cultural and food tour in Chania, Crete, a wonderful rustic meal that included cooking lessons, and much more.

She arranged pick-up and transfers, and the hotels she selected were excellent. Three of our group experienced a lengthy flight delay getting to Greece and she got the flights rearranged and they made it to Naxos. I highly recommend using this tour agency.

Zicasso's travel company did an excellent job planning and assisting with our trip to Greece. All in all, the itinerary was fantastic. When it wasn't, they were able to modify and accommodate our needs.

For example, when a sea kayak tour in Santorini was canceled two days in a row, the travel company was able to set up a driver to take us to various beaches to fill our day. Also, when the villa in Naxos didn't meet our expectations in terms of location and availability of bottled water, they assisted in supplying snacks, as well as a rental car for two days. I will definitely recommend this tour agency to family and friends. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience with our Zicasso travel specialist while planning our vacation in Greece. We had a group that consisted of two families; in total, eight people. Our travel specialist gave us recommendations based on the types of activities we wanted to do and the types of islands we were hoping to experience.

We stayed two nights in Athens, three nights on Naxos, and three nights in Santorini. The accommodations were fantastic! Every tour guide and driver was helpful and so kind.

When we wanted to add a stop in Naxos for an impromptu lunch, our guide was happy to detour and bring us to a place with the best gyros that the locals really enjoy! Everyone made us feel at home. Thank you for a beautiful trip and all the lovely memories!

Zicasso's travel agent took great care of my family, planning an excellent trip, with revisions based on our interests, and was quick to respond to my emails. He took care of the necessary arrangements when the ferry was unexpectedly cancelled.

We stayed in beautiful hotels and enjoyed our tours with knowledgeable guides and drivers. Our trip to Delphi and Meteora was a highlight of our trip. We had a great driver there.
