France Tours for Couples

We loved all the daily excursions to the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, and Grindelwald, and our stay in Grindelwald, with trips to Interlaken and Jungfrau. We loved all the hotel stays. The trip was perfect from start to finish. Our travel specialist did an amazing job putting the tour together for us. All aspects surpassed our expectations. The hotels were beautiful, historic, and centrally located. The tours were exactly what we wanted and all the guides were exceptionally well prepared and knowledgeable.

We used a mix of private and small-group tours, which worked well and added to the experience. The transportation via TGV trains worked perfectly. This was our first time using Zicasso and we were thrilled with the results. It was truly a very memorable trip.

This year, we planned a trip to France, including the wine regions of the Loire Valley and Avignon, along with visits to the castles and gardens in both areas. Zicasso matched us with our travel specialist to bring this itinerary to life and she was exceptional in every respect. She took the time to understand our interests and planned a trip that perfectly matched our expectations. The hotels were excellent and the guides and drivers were friendly, communicative, and highly knowledgeable about the region’s history and the vineyards we visited. She was available every day and thoughtfully anticipated our needs, including ensuring that distilled water was available at each hotel for the CPAP machines used by the gentlemen. She also received our list of preferred restaurants and, without being asked, confirmed each reservation for us, an unexpected but much-appreciated touch.

As on our previous Zicasso trips, drivers were always there to greet us when we arrived at airports and train stations. The entire trip, including the hotel locations selected by Zicasso, was memorable and left us eager to return someday. We had a fantastic trip, put together and managed along the way by Zicasso's travel company. We worked with them to design the perfect trip for us to visit the Swiss Alps, attend a Women’s Euro football game, see the Normandy beaches, experience the Tour de France, and spend time in Paris. It was a challenge that the travel company was up to.
