Romantic Fall Tour Through Spain

Well-planned trip. Excellent communication by Zicasso’s travel specialist. We thought most of the guides were good, some very good. One mediocre. Good hotel selection, with the exception of the Madrid hotel. The staff was excellent, but the bathrooms were very poorly lit, with all-black surfaces and only one small, poor, overhead bulb.

Also, while it was lovely to have a driver arranged to the train station in San Sebastián, it was only two blocks away and we should have been given the choice to walk.

Our trip was fantastic. The guides were excellent. The Madrid wine tour guide was excellent, our guide for the walking tour of Barcelona was excellent, our guide for the walking tour of Madrid city was excellent, and our guide for Tarragona and Sitges was excellent. We were so pleased with all the tours that I will not change anything for our next trip with you guys. I appreciate your company and the way you handle things. We also appreciated the excellent breakfast options at each property. An added convenience was that every hotel allowed us to check in early, something our group greatly appreciated after traveling.
