Our trip to Japan was well planned and well thought out. Zicasso's travel designer made us feel very well taken care of. We are grateful to the travel designer for his effort in putting together this wonderful trip for us. We loved interacting with our excellent guides. Their expertise truly enhanced our experiences. All our travel assistants were extremely helpful and very thoughtful.

Yet another fantastic family trip, courtesy of a Zicasso partner! My family of six just returned from our 10-day trip to Japan, as coordinated with Zicasso's travel company, and we have nothing but wonderful stories and memories to report!

Our agent arranged every detail to perfection, from transportation to guides to activities. All four kids and both parents had a fantastic experience. The guides he selected were incredibly knowledgeable and personable, and the hotels and transportation were spot on. I have nothing to say but that it was a seamless, A+ experience.

Our recent trip to Bali was absolutely unforgettable and we owe it all to the incredible team that helped make it such a smooth and joyful experience. From start to finish, everything was thoughtfully planned and flawlessly executed.

The activities were perfectly curated, from a beautiful birthday dinner celebration to yoga, the floral happy birthday message, the floating breakfast, and so much more; even the small, magical moments that were beautifully captured by the photographers who our travel agent arranged.

Every venue we visited went above and beyond to accommodate our group, and we felt genuinely welcomed everywhere we went. This was truly the trip of a lifetime and we’re incredibly grateful to our travel agent, guide, and drivers for making it such a success. We all had an amazing time and I would 100% recommend this team to anyone planning a visit to Bali.

A huge shout-out to Zicasso's trip coordinator, who orchestrated this incredible trip for us. Each outing was better than the previous one; our guides were awesome, both fun and informative; the hotel selections were just what we wanted, intimate and special. And everything was scheduled like clockwork.

Despite epic rainfall (which led to flash flooding in areas of Chiang Rai and, in fact, prevented normal access to the Black House Museum), they carried on, delivering every bit of our planned itinerary on time and to a tee. This type A control freak (me) never felt the need to “manage” a thing, which speaks volumes about this tour operator's extraordinarily high level of organization, communication, and coordination.
