The trip was awesome. All aspects were well planned and without any glitches. All individual tour guides were great, always on time, and very willing to go above and beyond, recommending restaurants and even making reservations for us. Zicasso’s travel specialist was always easy to get a hold of if we had any questions and was very responsive. I would highly recommend them.

Zicasso’s travel specialist and her entire team did a great job helping us plan our trip to Japan. With five people coming from multiple locations and having many different interests, our travel specialist and the travel company put together a two-week tour for us that was exceptional. It was the perfect balance of touring with outstanding guides and free time for shopping and exploring Tokyo and Kyoto on our own.

It was a fabulous trip overall, with one tour guide hiccup that I’m working on resolving, but in general, the trip was well organized and had pretty good tour guides throughout. We especially loved our e-bike ride in Kyoto and our spunky, energetic, and caring guide in Osaka.

Our trip to Japan was fantastic and exceeded my wife's and my expectations. Zicasso’s travel specialist and his team did a fabulous job of creating a truly curated itinerary that provided the best of big-city attractions and must-see sites, along with the beauty and tranquility of the countryside.
