Zicasso’s travel specialist was very knowledgeable about New Zealand and Fiji. He prepared a wonderful itinerary within our budget and the trip went off flawlessly. We had a weather glitch that required a change ASAP and he was right there to make the changes. It was one of the best trips we have had.

She helped us adjust the itinerary until it was just right. Unfortunately, there were a couple of excursions that were impacted by the weather and other logistics, which impacted our experience, but it was not her fault and she was willing to try to find other options.

We had a beautiful trip to three island resorts in Fiji. All transportation between islands went perfectly. All three resorts were stellar.
